Hostel Graffiti

Todo. La limpieza nula, había chinches en varias habitaciones. El trato pésimo, lo poco que coincidimos con los recepcionistas fueron muy desagradables.

Todo estaba mal y no nos quisieron devolver el dinero.

There were bedbugs, which we only heard about from other people who stayed there. The hostel mentioned they understood that we wanted to cancel, but then proceeded without allowing any money back offerings. We only got a third of the costs from booking.com, but nothing from graffiti. If we wouldn't have talked to the other guests we would have been infected with bedbugs as well. Absolutely unacceptable and extremely poor service.
