I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was so distressing that I feel obligated to warn other travelers. After spending just one night at this property, both my child and I developed numerous bites that appeared shortly after our stay. What followed was extremely unpleasant. I suffered a severe allergic reaction that required additional medical treatment, and even now I am still dealing with the aftermath, including persistent marks on my skin. I contacted the property as soon as I realized what had happened, hoping they would take the issue seriously and investigate it. Instead, I was told that the problem could not have originated from their accommodation. However, the bites appeared immediately after our stay, and I have photographs documenting both the condition of our skin and the progression of the reaction. I understand that proving the exact source may be difficult, but the timing is hard to ignore. The impact on my family was significant, especially considering that my child was affected as well. What should have been a pleasant stay turned into weeks of discomfort, stress, and medical treatment. What disappoints me even more than the incident itself is the complete lack of empathy and willingness to investigate the situation properly. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this property. Bed bugs are not necessarily a reflection of cleanliness, but how a property responds to a guest's concerns says a lot about its standards and customer care.
