- nothing - at the evening there was a young woman, she was nice - bed bugs! We took private room and we had bed bugs! As to many here, they said we brought them and that they already did 4 bedbugs treatments. - rude and slow service, they just ignore you for half an hour like you don’t exist, until you come to their face - moldy smell in the room - someone tried to get into our room at the evening through the window (we were on ground floor). It was really scary, I quickly put down the blinders :(

- Tuvimos una experiencia muy desagradable en este albergue. La habitación estaba infestada de chinches, tanto grandes como pequeñas, en los colchones. Al llamar para pedir un cambio de habitación, la respuesta fue totalmente inapropiada: nos acusaron de haberlas traído nosotras mismas en la mochila, cuando en realidad era nuestro primer día de Camino y nunca hemos utilizado transporte de equipaje, ya que siempre llevamos la mochila a la espalda. La única “solución” que nos ofrecieron fue rociar la habitación con insecticida, lo cual no resolvía el problema y además nos resultó poco higiénico. La persona que atendió la llamada fue bastante desagradable, y al final no nos quedó más remedio que dormir las dos en la misma cama. Lo único positivo fue el trato del hombre del bar por la mañana, que fue muy amable y nos facilitó una hoja de reclamaciones sin poner ningún inconveniente. En definitiva, una experiencia muy negativa que no recomendaríamos a nadie.

La gente muy amable, lamentablemente las camas estas infectadas de chinches, desinfectaron las mochilas antes de llegar a la habitación sin aviso previo ni consentimiento. No avisaron de las plagas, siendo conscientes de ello. Una noche horrible.

Convenient location. The owners and people at the bar were nice. 100% got bed bug bites all over my body. And I found out I’m allergic so have giant itchy watering welts.

The breakfast was basic, but ok. Location is the middle of nowhere. Nothing to see. Very basic. Only stayed here because I had no other option. The building was ok, however, very old and poor quality beds. Most likely bed bugs as well ( l got some bite marks, but did not see any bugs specifically, apart from 1 bug on the floor, Idk what was that). Very unconfortable for me.
