- Terrible hotel! Dirty! Toilet was dirty with poo! Bad was dirty! Wife not working. I change hotel, I even can't spend there 1 night!

- Cold shower, shower leaked, so there was water on the floor, as no bath mat, no shampoo, very basic breakfast-2 rolls and jam and terrible coffee.
I paid in cash and they also charged my card the full amount. They allow smoking right outside of the front door, which then fills the lobby and rooms with smoke. The rooms are dark, cold, yet somehow stuffy. I did not feel safe here and would not recommend this properly.
Internet doesn't work in the rooms only in lobby. Rooms are really cold. Plugs are antiquated and won't work for a three peaks jack, the lady at the front desk is completely nonchalant and indifferent, doesn't care about solving the problem or providing a solution. Completely useless and unprofessional.

- War wohl mal gut. Im Waschbecken läuft kein Wasser, Dusche ist total kalt obwohl Warmeasserhahn vorhanden ist. Im Treppenhaus funktioniert das Licht nicht. Alles etwas lieblos und herunter gekommen. Tagsüber Baustellengeräusche. Frühstück war extremst spartanisch, wobei der Kaffee OK war. Es gab keinen täglichen Reinigungsservice wie angeboten. Größter Kritikpunkt, Zimmer wurde mit Heizung angeboten, hab mir diese Heizung auch vorher noch per eMail Kontakt bestätigen lassen. Hatte mehrmals nach der Heizung nachgefragt, weil keine im Zimmer war als ich ankam. Bin ständig auf später vertröstet worden. Erst als ich am 2. Tag richtig aufbrausend geworden bin, habe ich sofort eine bekommen. Was für ein unterirdischer Kundenservice. Deshalb nur 2 Punkte.

+ Está a una cuadra del centro, hotel limpio, cama super cómoda. Viaje por cuestiones de trabajo y me permitieron usar un área del hotel para hacer una pequeña reunión laboral, el personal amable y colaborador. Anteriormente me quede en otros hoteles en Puno, pero por recomendación llegue a este hotel, muy bueno lo recomiendo. Además, que para el precio esta más que bueno, supero mis expectativas.
+ El hotel es pequeño y acogedor, tiene una buena relación precio-servicio, pague aproximadamente 35 soles peruanos por persona y me parece más que bien por el servicio que me brindaron. Viaje con mi pareja y nos dieron un cuarto muy limpio, toallas, sabanas y almohadas limpias, me encanto que mi habitación tenía un edredón de plumas que hace que la cama sea super caliente. En cuanto al desayuno, es básico, pero para el precio está más que bien. Al llegar hay agua caliente en la recepción y puedes tomar mate de coca o alguna infusión gratis. El personal muy amable, llegue de madrugada y a pesar de que no era la hora de check in, me permitieron ingresar a descansar a la habitación que me designaron, valoro mucho ese plus ya que estábamos muy cansados. No tengo nada malo que decir del hotel.

Un séjour mitigé. Tout d’abord, le personnel est adorable. Ils nous ont fourni gratuitement des serviettes alors que ce n’était pas compris avec les dortoirs, et ils nous ont donné le petit déjeuner la veille car nous partions tôt un matin. Gros bémol du séjour : un groupe de jeunes était reparti dans les différents étages de l’hôtel et pendant 2 nuits, ils ont fait énormément de bruit à des heures indécentes… on a pas trop pu se reposer. Sinon, petit dej impeccable et...
A mixed stay. first of all, the staff is adorable. they provided us with free napkins even though it was not included with the dorms, and they gave us breakfast the day before because we were leaving early one morning. big flaw of the stay: a group of young people were spread out on different floors of the hotel and for 2 nights, they made a lot of noise at indecent hours... we didn't get too much rest. otherwise, impeccable breakfast and ideal location.
Staff were very helpful and it was pretty cozy. Breakfast was 2 pieces of bread with butter or jam and orange juice as well as coffee/tea.
