Hostel Oliwka - Metro Świętokrzyska

There were bedbugs and the staff refused to acknowlege the issue. They compleatly denied it without even checking ur bed. Just stay away, it's bad.

No elevator so we had to climb up a lot of stairs. Woke up with cluster-like bug bites all over my body. I have a feeling they were bed bugs. We paid for washing and our clothes got stained. We got in late and had to make our own beds. The bunk beds are super noisy and uncomfortable. No black out curtains. The room was really small for 4 people, not a lot of room for storing our personal items. Wifi was completely useless.

You have to go upstair to 3floor so no good to carry with suitcase. Also I find all my legs and hands with bedbug bites but I cannot see the bedbug because they use dark blue linen, but unfortunately it kept following me in Krakow so I spotted it. The hostel is even more expensive than other hostel nearby but it has bedbugs.

We found bed bugs in the 4 person room with the bathroom.
