- Poor. 3 staff to run premiere inn and restaurant. The evening meal took over 3 hours. Meals burnt and got sent back. Had our money back and cancelled breakfast. Worst premiere inn we have ever experienced
+ Breckfast
- there was only one lift working, moust of the people have to use the stairs ! When we come for check in there wasnt any one we have ti wait arround 15min then person working in bar check us in She didnt say anything and didnt hepl at all . Parking should cost 20 costs 40 . Telefone un the room didnt work . I had to call reception form my mobile ! I asked someone to come and fix it no one came .

+ the receptionist was very pleasant and polite
- I thought I was going to get 2 double beds in the room, however got only 1 and a sofa bed which was not comforable for my 7 year old and 3 year old as metal was sticking out on the sides which was not safe for my children had to ask for extra pillows to place them on the metal however did not work so had to have both children sleeping on double bed with myself and husband, towels were not changed and room was not cleaned has to ask for this to be done however still not was cleaned and sheets were not changed at all,

The hostel is has a reasonable price. Furthermore, it is clean and safe accommodation. They have a good and non-pricy breakfast available too.
Best hostel I have used so far. The charitable and noble concept behind this, explains how they manage to excel. Highly recommended.
My only fault with the place is that the USB outlet in my room would not work but thanks to the great staff who went the extra mile to help solve the problem. I slept like a log and did not notice any doors banging or noise at all.

Mold growing in the shower, the outlet at my bed didn’t work, there wasn’t enough lockers for the number of people in the room, both toilets wouldn’t flush properly. I wish there were curtains on the beds. I only picked this place because it was the only hostel available. Doable but I’m glad I was only staying for one night.
I have no complaints and the staff are awesome. I just recommend it and I will stay there again.

Good hostel but it’s about a 20 minute walk to downtown Liverpool which was a bit annoying. Friendly staff and clean facilities and the property is gated which made it feel safe & secure

Amazing hostel, staff were nice, the rooms were clean and spacious, a lot of common rooms, a kitchen, etc. Just stayed there for one night but would totally come back!

+ Great location to see everything in Liverpool. Did have a large car park under the hotel which was really convenient even though it cost me £63 for two nights and leaving later on our final night which added to the cost.
- Paying to park when it’s under the hotel itself.
