Albergue Linares

Las zonas comunes estaban un poco sucias y encontramos chinches en una de las literas. Hemos dado aviso por la mañana y nos comentan que buscarán solución, lo cual se agradece. Hace mucho calor en verano y si abres las pequeñas ventanas se escucha mucho ruido de la calle.

We stayed a night at this property on June 28 th 2025. We were having a wonderful time - great staff, great location and felt very clean, until we got eaten alive by BED BUGS. My friend had 80 bites. We got very little sleep. It was horrendous. If you stay at this property, avoid beds that have twin wall cardboard under the mattress, as this is what they were living in. I have not been able to contact the property to be assured that this problem has been delt with and all the cardboard removed.

CUIDADO con los ROBOS en este Albergue. Me han robado mi cazadora con pertenencias cuando me alojaba aquí. Y debe ser lo habitual porque desde el Albergue; al comunicarlo; no solo no se sorprendieron sino que me dijeron que es lo que hay y que no iban a ayudarme en nada. Incluso se negaron a darme la factura y me dieron una hoja de reclamaciones falsa. Por supuesto está denunciado. Lockers rotos; mal trato y muy poca higiene. No volvería jamás. BEWARE of THEFTS at this hostel. My jacket and belongings were stolen while I was staying here. And it must be common because the hostel, when I reported it, not only didn't seem surprised, but told me that's how it is and that they wouldn't help me at all. They even refused to give me the bill and gave me a fake complaint form. Of course, it's been reported. Broken lockers; poor service and very poor hygiene. I would never return.

La sala de acceso es el comedor y es muy justa de espacio. Hay chinches aunque no me picaron.

Bedbugs

découverte de punaises de lit et taches de sang en enlevant les draps. le personnel en faisant le lit (lit N°2, chambre de droite en rentrant) a été obligé de les voir endroit exiguë, mal aéré 1 seule salle de bain et WC pour les hommes et idem pour les femmes.

Une douche pour 2 dortoirs, emplacement au sous sol exiguë. Ne signale pas leur problème de punaises de lit 2 mois avant. Ouverture de l'hôtel trop peu de temps

O alojamento estava contaminado com percevejos. Várias pessoas queixaram-se de mordidas, incluindo eu, e estávamos em quartos separados. Estou muito mal devido a esses bichos que tinham no quarto, tive que gastar dinheiro em medicamentos, não consigo ir trabalhar assim porque um dos olhos está com muito mau aspecto e porque tenho comichão horrível no corpo todo e não consigo dormir de noite. Avisei na recepção, a qual não quis saber e disse me a mim e a outro hóspede que o problema era nosso.

Everything was ok, but upon arrival we saw a bed bug running on the wall. There were stains under the mattress. We left asap (10 people!). When I asked for a refund of the advance payment, it was not possible. I was told it was not the accommodation's fault that the pilgrims were bringing bed bugs! Please write it in to your introdaction then.

Había chinches en el albergue

Ich habe von der Unterkunft Bettwanzen bekommen.

Bed bugs! Dirty showers. Men using the female bathroom. Stinks of damp. Black mold on the blinds, not been cleaned for a long time.

We book two beds in a shared room but when we arrived they said we couldn't come in because they had bed bugs. Instead the gave us a nice private apartment a few meters away. We appreciated the honesty and the solution they came with.

Purtroppo la stanza era infestata dalle cimici da letto. Lo staff ha trovato una soluzione per me e altre quattro persone collocandoci in un'altra struttura a pochi metri di distanza.

I could not be more disappointed. We were in the dormitory and at night we realized there were bed bugs everywhere in the room and we find some dead ones under my bed, so they were there before our arrival, there’s definitely a lack of cleanliness. I told the receptionist the next morning (because the reception is open only from 9 am to 3pm) she didn’t look surprised and I had to insist to get a solution. She said she could give us a private room for our second night because she couldn’t refund us …then I told her that we were scared to have bed bugs in our clothes and that we needed to wash them and she had the audacity to answer « I am not going to wash them myself by hand» in an ironic tone. I answered that it was obvious but that we needed a solution and she didn’t proposed to offer the washing as a compensation and that we had to pay 10 more euros. In the private room there was no bed bugs but still a lack of cleanliness because there was a lot of dust and it was very humid with moist all over the ceiling. Furthermore, we went out for the day and when we got back we were blocked outside the building because a code is needed to get in but the receptionist didn’t give us the code. In addition to that we told the reception we had some pasta leftovers in a box in the fridge of the common area and she said it was fine to let it there even if we were now in the private room. When we went back at 7pm our food was gone/stolen…
