BEDBUGS with no refund!!!! After checking in and going to dinner, we found bedbugs all over the wall of one rooms. We had to take pictures and repeatedly tell staff before they believed us. It was in a 16-year olds room. They moved him (after first refusing so he didn’t take the bedbugs there!) but left two adults in the adjoining room that shared an infested wall. They finally moved us the 2nd day but refused to offer any compensation.
