The beds were infested with bedbugs; I woke up covered in bites. The immigrants make it impossible to sleep. The environment is sheet. The receptionists are unfriendly

It might be an okay hostel if it wasn't for all the bedbugs. They need to shut down the entire building for a few days to kill all the bedbugs.

Beware - Bed Bugs! Cleanliness and hygiene clearly need serious improvement. Stayed for just one night due to this. Would suggest for other hostels as there are many options

The place is not so clean and some of the staff, are not helpful at all. I wouldn’t recommend it anyone. At times you will have bed bugs eating the whole night and you will wake up with scars.

There's nothing very specifically wrong with the place. It's just full-on shoestring budget place, so if that's what you're ready for, this is your spot. Toilets are not clean but they're there. Beds don't have curtains, but it's the mattress you'll sleep on anyways. We might have seen a mouse once, but there are no bedbugs or cockroaches!

The room was not the same as the photos, beyond the fact that it is used. In my room we were 16 people (some people have evidence that they have been living there for long weeks), all piled up, there was almost no space to move. The facilities are old. I got bed bugs bites on my body. A lot of noises and lights during the night cause of so many people there, so that means sometimes you don’t have a good rest, but it's what you get for paying this price.

Habitaciones super sucias con chinches. Las mantas que te dan son asquerosas. Las camas son super duras, incomodas y hacen ruido cada vez que te mueves. El baño es compartido por piso con gente mixta y está sucio, como todo el hostal. El baño en el piso que estábamos no cerraba la puerta lo cual es bastante incomodo para un baño compartido mixto. No lo recomendamos

So many things wrong with this place. It’s very unclean and I got a few bed bug bites in the 2 days I was here. The place is generally unclean and the AC sucks, so everyone is sweating in the rooms even when the AC is turned on, which makes the rooms very smelly. We had a room with mostly Indians who watched TikTok’s on full volume and also had video calls in the middle of the night, they would also just talk or turn on the lights at 2am with no warning or respect for others. Also one guy just randomly used my bed while I was away one day. The place is run by Indian people so they will be attracted to this place

The rooms were hot, filthy, and small. Beds had bed bugs and too hard. The bathrooms were dirty as fuck

Was not clean, bed bugs, forced to pay double, paid for a private room and were put in a 12 bed dorm and the pictures were a lie

A éviter !!! Les photos sont fausses ! L'établissement est très crade !!! PUNAISES DE LIT!!!! J'en ai vu!!! J'ai dû demander de me trouver un autre lieu pour dormir. On m'avait promis un remboursement de mon séjour le soir par téléphone avec le manager, le lendemain changement d'avis ....ils mentent en vous regardant droit dans les yeux. Et se fichent complètement du risque sanitaire par les punaises de lit. On m'a proposé de passer un spray sur mon sac et mes vêtements !!! C'est n'importe quoi! Quel produit ?! A quel risque pour mes affaires et au contact de ma peau ?! Et respiratoire ?! Et je devais leur laisser mes vêtements ...mais c'est une grande blague !!!! Et en plus au moment où je partais . Le jeune de l'accueil se fiche complètement de client ! Et il m'a dit de mettre les commentaires sur internet ....ok.... Bien sûr ils n'ont rien dit aux autres personnes dans l'établissement..... ni faire sortir les autres personnes de la chambre du dortoir. Rien ! Rien est nettoyé, il y a uniquement le 1er étage de passable mais j'ai constaté que le personnel utilise les toilettes de cet étage...Le reste ils s'en moquent complètement ! Des poubelles qui débordent à côté d'un seul lavabo disponible a côté des douches / toilettes. Ça sent mauvais, lavabo bouché a plusieurs reprises. Le matelas est dur et déformé, j'ai eu très mal au dos les nuits. Le personnel ne connaissent rien aux déplacements dans Bangkok ou pour aller faire des excursions autrement qu'avec les tours organisés. Exemple pour Ayutthaya j'ai demandé...ils ne savent pas comment y aller. Les casiers étaient cassés dans la chambre, donc j'ai dû en prendre un petit au rez de chaussée. Et pas de lumière dans notre dortoir ! Super pratique pour repérer les punaises de lit dans les affaires .... J'aurais dû partir dès mon arrivée et suivre mon instinct. Vraiment ne pas y aller !

Bed bugs

Of course it's cheap, but cheap doesn't mean dirty and with insects. I have been traveling for my last 2 years and its the only hostel i've found tiny insects such as chinches and more disgusting insect in the pillow or bed. The bathroom is simply to much dirty and its also disgusting to have a shower

The place was filthy, from the reception to the bathrooms and bedrooms. Right at the entrance, there´s a pile of shoes, which made the place stinky. The bathrooms were filthy, full of dirt (hair, used product packaging left on the floor and insects, there wasn't even soap to wash your hands, bathroom walls and floor sticky, also yellow toilets that sticky when used. Guests don't usually flush the toilet, which leaves even more bad smell in the place. They put me in a room completely different from the photo on the website, dirty floor, filthy bed curtains, full of stains, I was attacked by mosquitoes, ants and bedbugs, as well as small cockroaches that were on the curtains. Due to the large number of bites, it was necessary to purchase several medications to avoid anaphylaxis. I've stayed in many hostels, due to countless trips I've taken, this is by far the worst I've stayed at.

N’allez pas dans cet hôtel. Des punaises de lit y prolifèrent et l’état sanitaire général est déplorable. Ne faites pas la même erreur que moi…
