To start, it was very difficult to get into the building, we rang the doorbekk and the reception let us in but didn’t tell us anything about wherenit wasnin the building. So after walking up and down some stairs we finally found it. We had ordered a private room because we didn’t want to stay in a dorm but they had already given our room to someone else so there were no rooms left. For that reason we had to stay in a dorm and on top of that had to pay more than for the private room. Terrible...
