slechtste service ooit!!!!!! Ik kwam aan van mijn nachtbus in de ochtend en ik kreeg een sneer dat ik niet had verteld dat ik pas in de ochtend aan zou komen. Ik heb nergens gezien dat ik dit zou moeten doen en elk ander hostel heeft een 24/7 receptie. Ook kreeg ik te horen dat ik doordat ik pas in de ochtend aankwam ik ervoor zorgde dat anderen niet hun verblijf konden verlengen. Ik vond dit heel raar aangezien ik zelf heb betaald voor het verblijf en er na de nachtbus nog in heb geslapen. Wat ...
This was a nice place outside of town. Very nearby the abandoned waterpark but only one or two places to eat in walking distance. The food at the hostel was good but quite overpriced and always took a while to arrive. The beds were big but ultimately you’re paying the same price as a private room for a dorm. It is beautiful though!
Nice hostel if you want to get out of the city, nice swimmingpool etc. However, staff was very rude (bad attitude, we couldn’t do anything right from the start)!! Made us feel bad about the total experience.
Really clean and comfortable stay at eco hostel, just a pity about location being so far outside of town although the peace is nice. A very chill vibe. the staff are really friendly and helpful with booking trains and taxis.

+ Really beautiful space.
- Could get a grab to the property - had to walk 10 minutes to the main road. When our grab dropped us home, he got lost and couldn’t fit down the alleys which was pretty scary as there are no street lights.
+ the property is really lovely. a really relaxed vibe, the pool area is beautiful. the dorm rooms were really cosy, big, comfortable beds and a great shower. staff gave good recommendations for coffee and food. the food at the hostel was nice also.
- I feel that staff could have been more informative on tours/ services they offered. I had a really odd bike transfer- the young girl was lovely but I hardly fit on the bike with my bag and she was unsure of where to go, it was a stressful experience.
+ La piscina es muy adecuada para descansar y desconectar del calor y del ajetreo de las ciudades. La estética y el ambiente son maravillosos. Un oasis es la palabra exacta. La música y la iluminación están muy logrados.
- La distancia con Hue es muy amplia y te encuentras un poco limitado a la hora de las comidas. Al final has de consumir en el hostal. Es bueno saberlo aunque la cocina tiene una oferta suculenta sin ser un restaurante. Las bicicletas no dan para un trayecto largo, ni siquiera para un poco de montaña, sólo terreno llano. Los armarios para dejar las cosas quedan alejados de la cama de manera que no resultan muy cómodos en el aspecto práctico

+ We had a private room, the double suite and then the mountain rooftop room. Whilst they're more expensive than most things around, they are worth it for the lovely location, view and room facilities. The beds in the private rooms were extremely comfortable which makes a big difference after lots of hard mattresses in other places. The staff were wonderful and very attentive. The food was great, again, slightly expensive but worth the money. I would recommend the breakfast smoothies. The pool and entire stay was clean and very well kept. Location is also right next to the abandoned waterpark, literally a 5 minute walk and very worth a visit.
- Not a fault of the staff, but my only criticism would be the mountain top room seemed to be often mistaken for a communal area, in which someone actually walked in the room at one point. Potentially could benefit from a sign or something to make it clear that area is separate. The place is also quite outside the hue centre, and grabs can be hard to get, but they eventually accept so it's not a noticeable issue. And you can always hire bikes.

Great sustainable hostel with lovely interior and design. It is located a bit outside, but in return, you are surrounded by beautiful nature. Plus, you can reach the city center very quickly and easily by scooter or Grab. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, I could only book one night, otherwise I would have stayed much longer. I can highly recommend this place!
+ Nous avons tout aimé. L’endroit est improbable mais ça le rend sympathique. Nous avons logé dans la suite. Un panorama incroyable. Nous avons mangé le soir et le matin sur place. Délicieux et personnel adorable. Merci pour leur gentillesse et leur efficacité.
- Rien tout était parfait.
+ Die Lage, etwas abseits, war traumhaft. Die Kommunikation vorab lief super, ich hatte die Junior Suite auf dem Dach, die einfach einen traumhaften Blick hatte. Richtig schön! Das Essen war auch super gut.

- I booked the room on the top floor and it was one of the best accommodations I had!
+ I stayed in private “penthouse” room which had a stellar view of the surrounding park and the hill with the monastery. Especially during sunrise. The hostel’s atmosphere is very comfortable and relaxing, the pool is nice and the food served (both breakfast and dinner) is exceptional while not all expensive. The staff were very welcoming and happy to help with anything I asked.

Absolutely amazing! The photos on the website don't do this place justice - it was much prettier and nicer than we expected! We stayed in the delux room, and were surprised to find both an indoor and outdoor shower, so having a hot shower under a starry sky, and waking up to a view of the lake and mountains was an experience we won't forget. There is also a huge rooftop balcony that is not shown in the photos, and sitting with our books around sunset was sublime. Location is far from the city.

+ Einfach nur Wow. Das Hostal ist wunderschön, die Aussicht unglaublich. Das Hostal ist Familiengeführt und man merkt wie alles mit Liebe gemacht ist. Das Essen war auch sehr sehr gut. Mit einem Roller kann man perfekt die Umgebung erkunden. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!
The staff were so so helpful to us- they sorted out our bike rental and the Hai Van Pass luggage transfer with no issues! The place retained a sort of family house vibe which was really relaxing. Food was also good and the aesthetics of the place were beautiful! Also so close to the abandoned waterpark which is nice to be around nature. Highly recommend!

+ Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft, fußläufig vom verlassenen Wasserpark entfernt. Das Personal war super hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend und stellte uns einen kostenlosen Fahrservice in die Stadt zur Verfügung. Unser Zimmer war ein absoluter Traum und auch das Essen vor Ort war sehr lecker! :)
+ Simplemente excepcional. Relax y paz en un entorno único, junto al parque acuático abandonado. La ubicación no es céntrica, pero está a 10 minutos en taxi de la Ciudad imperial. Ideal para desconectar en su piscina, junto con comidas preparadas por la dueña, que son únicas. El trato inmejorable, como en casa.
