Run far, run fast

Entire place was full of smoke and grease from the kitchen. At some point the police showed up for some investigation. People in the dorm threatening to beat eachother up. Toilet full of puke. Worst hostel ive ever been in.

My stay at this hostel was extremely disappointing. Everything was very dirty: the bathroom, the bedroom, the reception, and even the kitchen. The cleanliness was absolutely unacceptable, and I didn't feel comfortable at all. In my opinion, I cannot recommend this hostel to anyone, as it was one of the worst experiences l've ever had. Of course, this is just my personal opinion, but I strongly advise others to look for a cleaner place to stay.

kind staff but bathrooms weren't the cleanest and shower drain clogged so it would pool at your feet. stayed in a private with a friend and enjoyed the experience but the room was so dusty both of us were having allergic reactions and the fan would spit dustballs at us

The staff and cleanness- great. Location- good. But apart from that it is an extremely basic hostel. Metal bunk beds that you can’t sit upright in since they are too low, plus they shake with any tiny movement you make. Paper thin walls. Not enough lockers in the rooms. Semi-well equipped kitchen. Zero atmosphere. The high rate is completely undeserved. Wouldn’t recommend.

The hostel just opened 2 weeks ago, and it was still under construction. There were no lockers and no lock in the doors. The beds barely have any space to even sleep. Also at least during our stay there were not many backpackers, more like older locals just sleeping. However, it was still a cheap alternative in Las Palmas. I am pretty sure the hostel will get better eventually but this was my experience.

The staff is very friendly &;nice. They try to keep the place as clean as possible & the kitchen is well equipped. Great view from the roof terrace. Minus points for the smoking rules on the terrace as ppl smoke all around & not on the designated area. Bunkerbeds of 3 floors can be dangerous if you take the bed on the top. Looks like kids bed & not suitable for adults. Avoid the room beside the kitchen, you'll hear & smell everything till late night. Overall, I liked the place & will stay aga...

My stay at this hostel was truly an excellent experience. The atmosphere is exceptionally friendly, and the staff are always helpful, kind, and professional. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the common areas are well-maintained, providing a great space for both relaxing and meeting other guests. I’ve stayed here before, and I will definitely keep coming back. It’s a place I can genuinely recommend to anyone looking for comfortable, safe, and affordable accommodation.

I loved this hostel, I had been in others before but never one as complete as this, they offer complimentary breakfast, there is a good atmosphere for all ages, they do events and activities, everything is super clean, definitely a 10 for me!

We rented a private room with shower, and we enjoyed our stay very much! The hostel is located a bit outside of the city center but close to the old town, there are good bus connections to the center nearby. There were some reorganization of the reception, but the staff was helpful however a bit difficult to recognize, as I did not see any logos on their clothes. We loved our stay at this hotel, and would book it again.
