   • Belohnung für eine Bewertung reviewing this for my stay in January. Pros: - Free breakfast

   I'm an experienced 20yo male backpacker & reviewing this for my stay in January. Pros: - Free breakfast. - Free & fast wifi. - Nice reception, reading & TV areas. - Big lockers open via keycard. - Good showers/toilets. - Lots of charging sockets in reception and dining area. - Location is close to the tram at Butini which takes you to the main train station (Cornavin). Also close to the lake and the nice gardens. - Close to Lidl supermarket where you can buy cheap food and water. Cons: - 2 staff members very arrogant, unwelcoming and acted like their words cost money (1 being Jessy). Seriously guys, people are travelling thousands of miles from all over the world to explore this city and meet new friends, only to be met by receptionists with a sour attitude and 2-word answers to questions. It is the most isolating feeling, especially if you are travelling on your own. - I was straight-up lied to over the phone when booking the beds for girlfriend & I when a woman said we would be in a mixed dorm together, only to find out when we checked in there is no such thing at this hostel, and were bluntly shoo'd away from the reception desk. We then had to spend 3 nights here on different floors. - 'Sofas' in the TV/reading areas are plastic and the most awkward things to sit on. - Loud hallway outside rooms. - Charging sockets in the rooms are upside down which means your plug just falls out. Might as well not have any. - No ventilation in the rooms so you wake up gasping for air. - Hostel boasts that they are surrounded by 5 star hotels but realistically it is located in a pretty gloomy back-road nearby. Was approached by a group of thieves TWICE in one night and I was only ~300m from the hostel. Conclusion: Solo travellers shouldn't stay here for more than 2 nights. It's a very isolated and clinical atmosphere. I would recommend this hostel to groups because of the facilities & the cheap price (compared to others in the area).

    施設はとてもきれいで、くつろげるスペースがたくさんあり、過ごしやすかったです。朝食も充実していてよかったです。受付のスタッフの対応も気持ちが良かったです。駅から徒歩１５分くらいでした。

    虽然只呆了一晚，但作为一家旅舍来说设施齐全，功能齐全。房间外带锁的储物柜，刷卡进出的洗漱间，一切都非常贴心周到！前台服务员工作到很晚，为我们详细讲明注意事项，非常感谢他们！
