Pinheiros Hostel & Food

The location is great, the staff is mostly nice. The beds are really shitty, it's extremely hot inside (23 degrees outside at night, but 30 in the room), the breakfast is sweet cookies, artificial juice from a package and toast bread. I got 40 bedbugs bites. So worth to pay little more and get a different hostel in the area. I've never seen such a shitty hostel with such a high ranking. Maybe someone else owned it before and it was better? This hostel is like 6.

L’emplacement. !!INFESTÉ DES PUNAISES DE LIT!!!je ne suis pas la seule à me plaindre, ils sont au courant du soucis mais ne fond rien, c’est ça qui rend cette situation. encore plus inadmissible!! Tous mes affaires( vêtements, Backpack) sont contaminés, je dois tout traiter et cela engendre des frais qui n’étaient pas prévu. Je ne sais même pas si j’arriverais à m’en débarrasser avant de rentrer à la maison. Salle de bain et toilette sont petits et très sales, il n’y a pas d’eau chaude. Les draps sentent mauvais, le matelas est à brûler tellement qu’il est plein de punaises de lit. C’est super mal isolé, on peut entendre le voisin respirer. Franchement il n’y a absolument rien qui va dans cet hostel, je ne comprends pas ces commentaires positifs. Je ne recommande pas si vous ne voulez pas que vos vacances soient gâchés.

The location of the hostel. The 'bairro' Pinheiros is a chill, safe, alternative part of Sao Paulo - you can leave the hostel on foot late at night with no worries to find a nice restaurant or bar and be back safe at the hostel within a 5-10 minutes walk. BEDBUGS in one of the single rooms. I'm sorry to say, but after 20min on the bed I had a couple of bites and decided not to stay. I ordered an Uber and hoped to find a room in another hotel at 1a.m. and I was lucky. I haven't reported the incident to the hostel because of bad experiences in the past.

Preço muito acessível As fotos do booking são antigas, a acomodação não está bem conservada como parece na fotos. Apesar de ser barato a limpeza deixa muito a desejar, encontrei um percevejo na cama, mas consegui matar, mas deviam ter outros pois acordei com picadas. Não tinha nenhum tipo de cobertor, apenas um lençol de colchão na cama, que estava bem velho, usado e manchado, assim como a fronha do travesseiro.
