Do not stay at this hostel. I booked a private room and was barely able to sleep. They keep a dog in the lobby that barks all night, and they start cleaning at 8am. You can hear everything in this place. On top of that, reception told me not to go through the evisa website for Vietnam. they did a visa for Vietnam for me and put the wrong date, causing me to miss my flight and had to buy another one. Terribly unprofessional, you would be better off at a hotel.
the owners haven't got a clue what's going on, i had to tell the man i still needed to pay for my room and he had no idea. loads of construction work going on inside for 2/3 days we were there, nails, screws and blades all over the floor, work was between 8am-9pm, nothing was ever cleared up. i wasn't given a key for my lolocker despite requesting and paying a deposit for one. no running wawater in the bathrooms at times. my mate moved rooms twice in 3 days due to flooding and construction work
The staff were good but unfortunately it was an extremely cramped room with poorly laid out lockers (under the beds but don’t open well and make it hard to use) and a very dirty bathroom. Stayed one night to save costs but wouldn’t come back.
Booked a female only dorm, and they put a man in the bunk above me! I don't mind a mixed dorm but when you pay extra for female only and they don't tell you there's a man there, it's unfair. The room was so tiny none of us could open our bag on the floor to look inside. Air con didn't work. Toilet and shower room smelt so so horrendously bad, and only one out of two showers had hot water. No toilet paper most days. There was drinking water downstairs but you had to pay to get your bottle filled.
The room was dirty i was the first to arrive the sheets were dirty, the floor too. no one comes to clean or empty the trash cans. there was work so the noise of 8am and they would come into my room to make holes in the sdb i let you imagine the noise, intimacy and dirt with dust. in short i do not recommend it
beaucoup de choses à améliorer, dont la propreté

+ the room/bathroom were really modern rooftop bar with a great view good location BUT -only cold water in the shower -Spiders everywhere, especially around the bed -the two receptionists were friendly, but they had no idea what was going on and their english was very poor. Don't book your buses/trains through the hostel, everything was a mess for me. -Very strange breakfast lady, my order was ignored or refused several times -Not social at all, the whole hostel has a really strange atmosphere!
It would be a great place if it wasn't so dirty and smelly. The staff is great.
Turned up and they’d overbooked the hostel by 8 people. Ended up being put in a room in the resort next door which was really nice but it was under construction, basically just a bed in a half finished room. The staff then would not give us a key to the room and made us ask them every time we wanted to leave and re-enter which was a bit inconvenient. Would’ve rather stayed in the hostel so I could meet people.
Rooftop bar: nice views. Curtains around the beds were nice. Security: no keys to the room and the dorms didn't have lockers. The space beneath the bed was not lockable and it was very dusty. They had mini lockers in the reception but when we asked to get a locker at the reception for small valuables, we were told they can't find keys. During our stay there was a continuous smell of urine and bad sewage. The bathroom was so dirty, trash bins overflowing of used toilet paper. Soap bar: unhygienic

Hostel was excellent! Staff were very nice and accommodating
It was a nice enough hostel the dorm was tiny though, 12/14 bed dorm with no place to put the bags, they have lockers under the beds but due to the positioning are impossible to get things in and out. Atmosphere wasn’t the best but was in a lovely location and staff were great!
Lovely hostel, great staff and comfy beds. Great for exploring Vang Vieng from!
Love the view
Hatten einen guten Aufenthalt dort, nur wären Schließfächer für Backpack nicht schlecht und es ist ziemlich eng in den Dorms.
Had a good stay there, except Backpack Boxes wouldn't be bad and it's pretty cramped in the Dorms.
Gutes Preisverhältnis. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein
The rooms are very small.

For the price, I was very impressed. Clean and nice dorms but not that social at all. Better off going to other hostels to socialise in evening if that is what you want
Great hostel for the price, good location and friendly staff. Only improvement would be to have more showers as during peak times there was a queue for one.
Amazing stay, it was my birthday and they helped organize a surprise for me. They went above and beyond!
Good hostel in the area, room was okay and bathroom always clean. Beds have curtains and ac Staff was helpful, there’s a pool table
Nice rooftop! Good location. The cooking class is not always happening so don’t plan for it.
The beds where great. Bathrooms were decent and the staff were very friendly
It was a really great stay. I loved the staff, he spoke perfect english. If I had any problems I got help immediately. You can also let them do your laundry here for 30.000 Kip a Kilo. The rooms were clean, I had a lot of space. Only tiny Problem were the showers. The 2 showers on floor 2 were both cold while the ones on floor 3 were warm. So I would suggest showering on floor 3 if you want warm water
Great hostel, clean beds and helpful staff
Good hostel, guys working there are top notch! :) Aga
Es war eine 10/10 Erfahrung, der Stuff ist super hilfsbereit und freundlich, gerne wieder :)
It was a 10/10 Experience, the stuff is super helpful and friendly, glad to see you again:)
If you want seamless arrival experience book elsewhere. I booked a private room and they didn’t have one available as they explained due to fault in their booking system. They ended up moving me to a hotel nearby which is owned by the same person. The hotel itself was quite nice but I really didn’t appreciate spending over an hour and a half at the reception while staff tried to resolve the issue. Not the welcome I would expect especially when booked a room few months in advance
First of all the Volunteers were super nice but the receptionist .. horrible! Plus i figured out that the cleaning stuff don't change the bedsheets.. so overall not the best experience
