BEDBUGS! I was only there a few hours before I found multiple bedbugs on my bed. Spoke with the front desk and they did not refund my money. Staff mentioned the recently “steamed” the room, so they knew they had bedbugs, and still put us in the room. Also- the beds are rock hard. It feels like laying on the ground with a sheet overtop.

BEDBUGS! My friend and I BOTH found bedbugs in our bed the first night we arrived. Told the front desk and asked for a refund and they refused to give our money back for our 4 night stay. Staff mentioned they recently “steamed” our room, so they straight up knew they had bedbugs and put us in there anyway. Also, if bedbugs aren’t enough to deter you, the beds are absolutely atrociously hard. It’s like sleeping on the floor with a sheet on top. Stay anywhere else.

Infelizmente, no segundo dia da hospedagem acordei com caroços pelo corpo e muita coceira. Cogitei ter sido picada por algum inseto, pois sou alérgica e passei uma pomada nessas situações. Não adiantou. Ainda pela manhã, comuniquei o caso aos funcionários da recepção e, prontamente, trocaram a roupa de cama, que estava limpa. Nos dias seguintes, a situação piorou e tive de procurar atendimento médico de emergência. Após alguns exames, a médica descartou a possibilidade de intoxicação alimentar e disse que, muito provavelmente, eu fui vítima de bed bugs (percevejos de cama/colchão). Ela me prescreveu corticóides e recomendou a troca de cama. Na volta ao hostel, falei com os funcionários que, embora negassem a existência de percevejos lá, fotografaram os caroços e providenciaram a troca de quarto. Por fim, os medicamentos deram resultado, mas, passados mais de 15 dias, ainda estou com marcas no corpo.

Achtung Bettwanzen Leider musste ich den Aufenthalt dort schon in der ersten Nacht abbrechen. Sowohl mein Bett, als auch das Ausweichbett hatten Bettwanzen. Beweisfotos wurden auch gemacht. Mein Geld wurde mir an dem Abend nicht erstattet. Mir wurde gesagt, dass nur der Hotelmanager befugt ist, Geld zu erstatten. Der Hotelmanager war komischerweise nie vor Ort (ich war 3 mal dort um mit ihm zu sprechen). Meine Email wurde auch nicht beantwortet. Sehr enttäuschend und unprofessionell!!

Lediglich die Lage war super. Leider hatte mein Zimmer Bettwanzen, sowohl in meinem Bett als auch im alternativen Bett. Die Mitarbeiter sind relativ uninteressiert und unfreundlich. Mein Geld habe ich ebenfalls nicht zurück bekommen!!!

Great location and friendly staff. When I checked in, I was terrified to find bedbugs on my bed. However, the staff quickly arranged a new room with a clean bed, which was much better. The location is close to Khao San Old Town, so I could walk to various tourist attractions. I might return. The breakfast was delicious and wonderful. The manager even gave me an extra pastry. There’s a Sky Bar on the upper floor, and you can try the drinks there.
