Luhme Tulum Hostel

+ Malo, feo. Las fotos no son acordes a lo que muestran, ni lo que dicen. Prácticamente me cobraron las estancia y no me cancelaron.. La habitación fea. Sucio...la habitaciones están alrededor de una discoteca y se ve que hay mucho ruido...señores de Booking cancelen ese sitio....

- Todo no me gustó. Señores de Booking vayan personalmente a revisar ese sitio antes de publicarlo. Me siento estafado....

+ The location and parking space in front of the hostel. We also liked to have our own space for a few days.

- We had a very displeasing stay at Luhme hostel. We stayed 3 nights and never felt comfortable. On our third night, we went out and got back to the hostel around 3am, and to our surprise, every door was closed. They told us that the main door would be closed from a certain time at night, however, they have a back door which they assured would always be open for us to us and it wasn’t. We had to bang as loud as we could on the door, we tried to called multiple times the manager on WhatsApp and NOTHING for an hour we were stuck outside. We finally reached one of the worker on WhatsApp and she decided to come and open the door for us because she couldn’t reach the manger too. It is an unacceptable situation to be in without mentioning the fact that is was pretty dangerous to be outside in the middle of the night and nowhere to go as 2 female travelers. On the other hand, the place is most of the time empty of staff member until midday, if you need something, they are never around to help you. They say they are available on WhatsApp, just like they say they will always leave the door open… On top of that, you can add the fact that there were no hot water running in the bathroom and this detail wasn’t advertised on booking and made our stay insufferable. Moreover, they told us that we had the possibility to use the kitchen, unfortunately their kitchen is filthy, unsafe and shouldn’t be used by anyone : flies everywhere, cokroaches were found, dirty ustensiles and no soap to clean them … a very disgusting place.

+ No tomé el hospedaje porque no había recepción ni recepcionista, solo estaba un empleado que me pidió esperar a la persona encargada que no tardaba en llegar, me retiré del lugar.

- El sitio tiene un anuncio muy pequeño y el acceso está cerrado, se entra por un patio donde hay un taller mecánico y el patio del hostel es una palapa, las habitaciones están alrededor y con mal aspecto, además del ruido que se espera durante la operación del antro.

+ O local fica na avenida, fácil acesso à restaurantes e comida local.

- Chuveiro esquentava durante uns 3 minutos e depois esfriava, não conseguimos tomar aquele banho gostoso, no primeiro dia foi servido café da manhã às 10:30, sendo que, o horário era às 8:30. No outro dia pedimos café às 7:00 e disse que serviria, acabamos desistindo porque até as 8:00 ninguém apareceu, muita falta de consideração. Espero que esse texto sirva para vc pensar bem antes de hospedar, tivemos opções muito melhores, e acabamos escolhendo esse local pelo café da manhã, arrependimento. ( café, uma torrada tostada, ovo, metade de uma banana).

- Struttura datata, si tratta di capanne in paglia con odore sgradevole, l'acqua puzzava tremendamente... Vicino alla strada e nonostante fossimo all'interno si sentivano tutti i rumori... Pessima scelta

- No tenían mi habitación lista y estaba tooodo ocupado, cancele la reserva y tuve que salir de noche a buscar otro hotel

- Le foto non corrispondono alla realtà! Arrivati non riuscivamo a trovare l’albergo! In realtà hanno queste 4/5 casette in legno dietro al giardino del ristorante.. siamo arrivati e non c’era nessuno è stato un vicino a telefonare al proprietario! Camera sporca e piena di insetti tipo scarafaggi!! DA EVITARE!!

+ Personnel sympathique, piscine à disposition, très bon emplacement au centre ville, proche de la gare routière ADO, excellent rapport qualité-prix.

- La chambre mériterait une rénovation, et l'auberge est bruyante.

+ Met some really nice people here. Owner is chill. Common areas are awesome. Large bar area with thatch roof and pool area beyond. Dorms have steel bunks with curtains and power nearby. There is a little, very basic kitchenette under the stairs. Locker provided. Some bicycles to get to the ruins, water holes or beach is a nice touch.
