- my partner got a warm shower, mine was cold - Internet stopped working - noisy (no window, just a wooden door that is not insulated) - breakfast served late - owner forgot to give us the key, no one at the reception, then came back an hour later I understand some things can go wrong, but that's a lot

hostal basico a 2 cuadras de la plaza. poco ambiente, ya que la familia vive allí, te quedas con la impresión de molestarlos si usas la zona comun. el desayuno según hostelworld está incluido, segun ellos no.

No cumplen lo que prometen. Usamos el servicio de lavandería y ponía que nos devolvían la ropa a las 8 de la tarde, nos la dieron al día siguiente. En el anuncio del hostel ponia claramente que el desayuno estaba incluido, cuando llegamos nos dijeron que no era así. El baño era un desastre, solo había una ducha y estaba sucia.

Un hostal pequeño pero que cumple con todo lo necesario. la gente es muy atenta y amable, siempre dispuesta a ayudar. la habitación era amplia y tenía todo lo necesario, el baño un poco sucio

Bit of an issue with check in, as noone was around and they missed our booking so wasn't aware we were coming, had an issue trying to contact anyone, 24 reception is a lie, but staff apologised. We didn't get a private room like we booked instead for a private dorm which is fine but might not be for some people. Nice location and showers are hot.

The hostel is situated close to the main square. The room was big but the beds were a bit hard. The bathrooms are not very modern. In one of the bathrooms the toilet flash didn't work and the shower wasn't working properly. The host was very friendly and helpful. He helped us to book a transport from the hostel to Colca canyon and back. We were able to take partially part of a tour and see different things such us condors, hot springs, lamas and volcanoes. We enjoyed our stay there.

Christian and Jesmy are lovely owners and always available for questions. The place is colourful and squeaky clean with daily cleaning service of the rooms. Showers are hot, which is not always the case in Peru. Our room gave out to the main street and it is rather noisy until late and from early in the morning. We also found the beds a bit too hard for our comfort. It is a great budget option and very close to the main square and lots of restaurants. We definitely recommend to stay here.

Booked a twin but got a dorm only for 2. Nice breakfast, laundry reasonably priced

Amables y alegres, estuve muy cómoda, en una habitación solo para mí. El desayuno vasto y rico, fui al mercado a comprar fruta y me la prepararon para poder comerla. Además no existe una mejor ubicación. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Muy agradecido por su hospitalidad de los señores, desayuno bien hecho y contundente, amplia Habitación con vista a la calle donde se aprecia parte de la plaza de armas y su terraza única y tranquila. Todo incluido q es lo q valoro más y zonas de entretenimiento bien espaciado, si volvería de todas formas 💪😉

Würde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Wäscheservice ist top, Küche zum Teil unaufgeräumt, Personal super lieb.

The hostel is located in a very central area, just two blocks away from Plaza de Armas (main square) where you can find all you need. The facilities are simple yet very confortable. The dorms are spacious and the showers have hot water. The breakfast was good, simple and tasty! The family that run the place is lovely, they help you all the time and are very chill. Genial!!! Son súper amables, nos permitieron dejar las mochilas durante los días que fuimos al Valle del Colca. Muy atentos y encantadores!

Lovely friendly staff who even brought hot water and tea to our room in the evening. Worth noting you can only pay with cash for your stay and they prefer in local currency rather than USD like hostel world says but it is very affordable for the facilities provided.

hat uns sehr gut gefallen und haben unseren Aufenthalt um einige weitere Tage verlängert. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen! Auf das Frühstück muss man mitunter ein bisschen warten.

Eines der besten Hostels unserer Südamerikareise. Supernette Besitzer, einfach und sauber. Die Dachterrasse ist wunderbar, ein bisschen Auszeit in der Stadt.

Een heel fijn hostel met hele grote kamers. De locatie is perfect en ligt op een paar minuten lopen van de Plaza. De eigenaars waren super lief en hielpen met alles! Echt hele lieve mensen!
