El precio no se ajusta en absoluto al servicio. Nadie en recepción para atenderte, mala comunicación con la encargada(todo a través de WhatsApp), sabíamos que el hostel era básico pero las instalaciones (cocina) están completamente abandonadas. Tampoco esperes interacción con ningún otro huésped. La habitación estaba muy limpia, pero eso no compensó todo lo demás para nosotras. Hay hostels mucho mejores al mismo precio a dos cuadras.

Bad experience We booked this hostel for 2 nights with a private bathroom. We arrived and didn't get a private bathroom nor 2 nights because it was overbooked. So we had to leave. They promised us a discount for the room (1night, no bathroom) but their 'discount' was the deposit we already paid so it didn't make sense. After a discussion we left and luckily got our deposit back.

Not bad if you’re only looking for a place to sleep.

This hostel is in a very good location and the value for money is also good, rooms were clean. The showers were cold and there was no one on reception. We were let into the building and checked in by another guest. Minimal kitchen facilities on the rooftop. A good basic stay but not quite what was expected

Chambres et douches communes un peu vieillottes, manque d’isolation phonique.

A hidden gem if you are looking to stay somewhere central and cheap. It is by no means a new property but everything was perfectly clean and the owner lovely. This is not a social/party place to stay so just bear that in mind when you book! It was perfect for us for a few quiet days of recovery and the owner was lovely and let us check in very early at 8am.

For me, it was a good place for 2 nights. Very inexpensive, spacious private room, facilities close by and functioning. Kitchen and rooftop terrace were nice. In my room it was quite noisy at night, from the street's traffic.

Good choice to stay. The private room was nice but not the cleanest. The personal was top.

La sra Sayda siempre muy amable, el lugar es algo rustico pero muy limpio, puedes cocinarte o calentar tus alimentos si gustas,queda a unas cuadras de la plaza por lo que encuentras cerca todo

Clean hostel located at 10-minute walk from the city center. The hostel is quiet and the host is very friendly and helpful. Also, the water in the shower is warm. Good value for money!

Great hostel with a super friendly owner who let me check in early, a well equipped kitchen, and a spacious clean bedroom. Very well located near the main plaza too, but far enough out that it wasn’t noisy at night 😊

The hostel is a very affordable option to stay close to the city center in Arequipa. The rooms are clean, the kitchen is relatively well-equipped and the view from the rooftop terrace is nice. Only the 24h reception definitely did not exist during our stay. To get into the hostel we had to call the owner and during our stay of four days the reception was occupied only a single time. If you're prepared to deal with this though (by texting the owner was quite responsive) the hostel is great.

Simple and efficient :) Clean. The staff is extremely nice ! They let me check in at 6am with a smile and did my laundry super fast, folded it and delivered it next to my room so it’s ready at 3am when I was booked for an activity :)

Muy buen Hostel, cuenta con una buena ubicación al centro de la ciudad, aparte que te brindan una buena atención y buena hospitalidad. volvería a ir

Not bad if you’re only looking for a place to sleep.

Very nice and calm place! I liked the private room and the fact that you got a key for the front door, so you don’t need to ring a bell each time. This even applied after checkout where you also get a key for a locker to store your luggage that you can access anytime. I really liked that! The kitchen is a bit small and could be better. However, there’s a roof terrace where you can eat your food. In the bathroom, there wasn’t always toilet paper.

Nice quiet hostel with affordable private rooms. Family run and very friendly, good breakfast and lovely roof terrace with volcano views. Not the busiest place to meet other travellers. Good location just on the edge of city centre 10 min walk to plaza.

Una muy buena relación calidad-precio y, sobre todo, un personal muy amable y gentil. Hay una muy buena comunicación con los clientes, y, además, está tan cerca de lugares a visitar en el barrio de San Lázaro, además de otros lugares como la Plaza de Armas, el Monasterio de Santa Catalina e, incluso, el Puente Grau, Está en una zona tranquila y segura. Otro plus es su azotea.

Een goed en rustig hostel in het historische centrum van Arequipa. Het personeel is super aardig. Het is geen party hostel of super sociaal, maar ik heb daar wel leuke mensen ontmoet. En Sayda, de eigenaresse, is superlief! Vanaf het dak heb je een prachtig uitzicht op de Chachani vulkaan.
