BED Friends Poshtel

BED BUGS in the room!🐜🐜🐜🐜🐜 Also bathrooms/sewage system smelled really bad. Location was okay, close to many things. Also showers were not up to date, the hot water would randomly just turn off. It has cute common areas and an outside rooftop garden.

Good things first - The staff were very welcoming and friendly, and I felt safe from the moment I arrived. My first night was good – the AC worked well, and the bed was comfortable, although there were a few too many mosquitoes. :) Unfortunately, before my second night, I discovered bedbug droppings on the mattress and in the provided laundry bin. To make matters worse, there were cockroaches crawling through my room. Instead of getting a good night's sleep, I found myself doing laundry at 3 AM to prevent taking bedbugs with me. In the morning, when the reception opened, they apologized and offered me another room. However, after my experience in the first room, I couldn't trust the new room either, so I decided to leave the hostel. Wouldn’t be a 1 star hostel but the bedbugs left me no choice.
