I made a reservation and when I went they said it wasnt in the system and didnt have any room for me. I paid the fee through hostel world and the volunteer told me there was nothing she could do because the owners manage everything. she was kind and tried her best it wasnt her fault but the lack of organization put me in a stressful situation. they really need to change their system because its not okay to allow people to book and pay deposit through hostel world then turn them away

honestly, it was a mess and the people working there where very unfriendly and couldnt speak a word english

Really poor. Grubby. Staff with an attitude. Messing up bookings and showing no sincerity or offering an apology. Full of ... Different people. Smelled bad when I went.

En toda la estadía existió un olor muy raro, en general las instalaciones viejas y descuidadas. No volvería a hacer uso de este lugar para hospedarme. Admiten además mascotas sin tener las condiciones para hacerlo.

Buchung wurde bestätigt und uns wurde vor Ort gesagt, dass keine Zimmer mehr frei sind. Wir musste um 0:30am in ein anderes Hostel gehen.

TERRIBLE!!! We had a reservation and came there 11 pm. They gave our room to somwone else without telling or cancelation. After writing them they ignored us. They do it on purpose to get the payment in advance and fill the room with other guests. They do it ofently you can read in other comments!!

TERRIBLE, HICE RESERVACIÓN DESDE SEPTIEMBRE DE 2022 PARA LA FERIA DE CALI Y AL LLEGAR ME DICEN QUE NO HABÍA RESERVACIÓN PORQUE EL VALOR QUE ME DIERON YA NO ERA EL MISMO (ESTABAN COBRANDO CASI QUE 3 VECES LO QUE INCIALMENTE IBA A PAGAR)ASÍ QUE NOS QUEDAMOS SIN HABITACIÓN PARA LAS 7 NOCHES QUE TENÍA RESERVADO. Muy inconforme ya que reservé con ustedes con mucho tiempo de anticipación (29 de Agosto) para hospedarme el 15 de Septiembre, y tener todo bajo control, el día que llegué al Hostal La casa de Adry la encargada me dijo que no existía mi reserva, me tocó buscar rápidamente un lugar donde pasar la noche, casi no encuentro, todo mal con ustedes, no los recomiendo para nada. Y me cuentan que no es la primera vez que pasa.

We booked 2 nights. When we came there they told us the hotel was full and they forgot to mention it on the plateform. No excuse, they did not try to fix the issue and we had to find another one by our own (very difficult because it was almost week end). Then they promise to cancel it during the day to get my money back. A couple of days later, even if I sent some email, still no answer, they are acting like a ghost! Not serious at all, I'd definitely not recommand this place!

Lovely stay again, most of the staff is super helpful and kind. Good amenities, clean and secure. Love the neighbourhood also. You’re no longer allowed on the terrace after 11 pm, which is unfortunate. It’s nice to decompress outside after a nice of dancing.

Il posto mi è piaciuto. La posizione è ottimale per visitare in sicurezza il quartiere di San Antonio ed è a poche centinaia di metri dal museo dell’oro e dal centro città. Ho soggiornato nell’appartamento con camera matrimoniale e mi è piaciuto. La cucina dell’ostello è semplice ma funzionale e la terrazza è molto bella con visita al Cristo di cali e la cordigliera occidentale, si vede sempre un bel tramonto. Il personale disponibile, molti i volontari gentili. Consiglio

Good hostel for one night, but the facilities are bad, particularly the kitchen equipment. The hostel jave big organisation problems

For a night it’s okay. Bare minimum for the kitchen that is really dirty and more than tiny. To make instant nuddles okay, for more i don’t know. Staff really nice. Location good. Rooms really clean with many bathrooms inside AND outside.

Die Buchung wurde scheinbar nicht wirklich wahrgenommen, da sich das Hostel aktuell (11\2025) im Umbau befindet sind die Räume ganz anders aufgeteilt, es ist mehr eine Baustelle, als ein Hostel, durch die Arbeiten war es sehr laut bei Ankunft und da für eine Mitreisende (trotz Buchung) kein Zimmer mehr frei war, haben wir die Unterkunft gewechselt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat uns die Anzahlung zurückerstattet, wir konnten noch bis zum Ortswechsel dort bleiben.

La casa di Adry è potenzialmente molto bella ma non al momento. Ho scelto l'ostello per la terrazza, al mio arrivo trovo lavori di ristrutturazione in corso e la terrazza ufficialmente chiusa, anche se poi mi hanno permesso di salire. Penso dovrebbero fornire informazioni più reali. Le stanze sono buie, la doccia fredda, seppur il bagno abbastanza pulito. Non ho utilizzato la cucina che è presente e non piccola.

la gestione dell'ostello è un po' approssimativa, ma il personale molto cordiale e coinvolgente. la camera non particolarmente pulita e buia, con lucine del letto non sempre funzionanti. terrazza molto gradevole e fumabile. Bagno improponibile con problemi di intasamento e assenza di scopone, ma con peli. doccia fredda con peli ma dal getto efficace.

La Casa de Andry is a very good hostal. I always felt home with the nice people around and there where always nice things to do around! Definitely worth to go.

Adry and his family are amazing and super nice: they even invited me to have breakfast with them in their house. The hostel is just under the house where they live, and around there’s just nature😍(but at the same time you’re in the city, not far from the very centre) and peace. It’s a tiny house with 3 beds and a bathroom, with all the necessities. The view when you wake up is directly on the lake: AMAZING! I definitely recommend this place to enjoy Guatapé, a magnificent city!

Do not recommend this hostel. The beds are literal cots, not mattresses. There is no hot water. And when my friend returned in the middle of the night without me, the security guard refused to let her in as she did not have a record of the reservation (which is very dangerous) -- the hostel should be responsible for keeping a record of all the guests, not us.

I 'only' give 9.7 because there is no coworking space which miss as a digital nomad. Every thing else I give five out of five. The staff is one of the best I ever experienced and even the kitchen is almost always really clean and tidy!

très bon emplacement dans le quartier san antonio, presonnel super gentil, propre, chill hostel, terrace, hamac, cuisine a disposition, lit confortable abec ventilateur et casier, je recommande 100%

Wonderful places to stay, staff are Just lovely helpful and friendly people, A cozy, colorful, Clean and Safe place. The Dancing School within the Hostel is to be recomanded highly. Very motivating and Professional teachers. I Love it and If i'd come Back to Cali, will stay at Casa de Adry.

I made a reservation to the hostel and paid a deposit, Once I got there the owner said that there is no available beds, I told her about my reservation and she told me she already put someone else in my bed because he arrived to the hostel 20 minutes before me.

Una chimba el hostal, staff muy amables, localizado bien en un barrio segura y animado, y muy bien valor. También con hamacas y una zone pa relajar en la terraza arriba, regresaré seguramente!
