Anda Guesthouse

This guesthouse no longer exists at the location on the websit. I went to that address and there is another hostel there. A very nice Chinese woman phoned the Anda phone number and I talked to the good English speaking owner. He informed that they had moved a few years ago (and didn't correct the website listing) and just that day, the police informed him that they were no longer able to take foreign guests. He offered to find another hotel, but the hostel I was at took foreign guests.
