Kilómetro Cero Hostel

+ Location wasn’t bad, not in the middle but not too far from center

- The staff was not nice, no hot water in the two showers for two days. no luggage storage, small room and many tour guides sleep there and go in the middle of the night. Check in until 20:30

- Reception and luggage storage is only open until 8:30pm, that was inconvenient for leaving our luggage until a night bus at 10pm. Shower was cold and dirty. The staff was rude and unfriendly.

- The main concern was security. The door is actually a sliding door, not possible to lock inside. Some ladies at the reception were unfriendly The daily cleaning was not provided. In Colombia they don't throw toilet paper into toilet but into a bin. They didn't clean the toilet bin. The kitchen: no toaster, no microwave, no coffee, no tea, no tap water fountain. You hear all noises from the hostel and smell the kitchen. The bed was extremely hard. There is a light into the room all night, you cannot switch off.

- No tenía cobijas, los colchones inclinados, las alhomadaa pésima, la atención muy mala ..

+ The room was comfortable, the shower was nice, they held our bags for free.

- They were very firm about 8:30 attention at the front desk and 2pm check in. They didn't offer a minute earlier. Also they tried to charge us to refill our water bottles. I have never stayed in a place without free water!

+ La ubicación

- La seguridad en la habitación en la que dormimos, la puerta no cerraba con el mecanismo que tenían, lo que hacía que uno se sintiera inseguro

- es war unmöglich zu schlafen, das Bett war kaputt, die Matratze war schrecklich

+ Mesmo com a limitação do horario para check-in, vale muito a pena! Funcionarias simpaticas, ambiente limpo e muito silencioso! Cozinha e banheiros otimos!

+ Matratzen, Warmwasser, Küche, Personal, sehr sauber, ruhige Lage, nicht weit vom Zentrum

- Wenig Platz in Form, wenn voll belegt, wenig Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten

+ Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Buona posizione, ottimo Wi-Fi e personale Gentile e disponibile

+ Muy limpio, camas comodas. Muy amabkes las chicas de recepcion. Natalia especialmente

- Nada

+ Realmente la ubicación no es mala pues hay hostales por ahí cerca, la relación calidad-precio muy buena

+ Good sized attractive room, plenty hot water, kitchen, information board with useful things like bus times in English. Close to central square, good restaurant next door

- Very small place, reception only available 8-8.
