Good location, some staff was kind, others weren't, not social at all

Very unusual hostel in a good way when it comes to - design, style and friendly resourceful staff. Very clean and organized. The problem was with the room - I have never been in such a small room in my life in any hostel before. It fits maybe maybe - for 2 people max but instead there are 4! Most of the time I had to arrange my belongings and personal routine outside of the room! Another disadvantage- only one elevator for entire hostel and the shower room is in a different floor... headache

Good staff and amenities but the bunks were not that comfortable and the linen setup was weird, not a great place to meet people and socialise but ok to visit the city, subway and by extension the airport were very easy to get to.

The toilets and bathrooms are good and outside the bedrooms so you don’t need to worry about when people are using the facilities in the evenings.I stayed in a female dormitory which there are two bunk beds in the room.The bed was clean with bed curtains. There were small storage boxes with locks. The room is small but it’s been much better than most of small hostel dormitories I’d ever stayed in Japan.The dining room area is big with modern and new facilities.The location is amazing. I li...

This is a wonderful hostel to stay in. The location is perfect and it's about a 25 minute walk from Hakata station but easy route to follow and it's very recognizable with the cat sculpture. The staff are friendly and happy to point you in the right direction of things to do and places to eat. It's also very quiet but that might just be my experience( I stayed in a 4 bed dorm and only one other person there). That's not a bad thing by the way.

Not a lot going on, the lounge is nice and staff are friendly. Overall an excellent choice for group travel, but solo its a different thing.

Clean, comfortable and great location. Let down by the fact both the common area and the showers are shut from 3-5am, and the old man cleaner was very rude about kicking you out if you were still there at this time.

The room was very small, in fact the smallest room for all our stays in Japan. But the facilities were very modern.

Complimentary breakfast was nice and hostel was in a reasonable location. Not the best hostel for socialising though.

Great location,clean hostel. Did a private 2 person room, which was a little tight space wise, but still perfectly functional Showers were clean with great water pressure, staff was excellent,free breakfast snack was good, lounge was cool.

Very good breakfast which isn't common for most hostels. Yoghurt, bread (which you can toast) with toppings, cereal and juice are all included in the price. Great rooms with spacious beds which were very clean. The shower rooms were also top! Only point of critique would be that not every room has a sink for brushing your teeth so depending on your room you would have to move a floor to be able to brush you teeth. Nothing major but just a thing. Staff was amazing and helpful as well.

Slightly corporate feel to the hostel, but not necessarily a bad thing! Very clean with helpful staff and friendly guests. Free breakfast as well which was great! Good location. Would recommend.

Very good if your looking to stay in great location and value a good nights sleep. Not the best if you want to socialise with lots of people. Very friendly staff and services though. I would stay again :)

totally recommend it. nice staff well equipped kitchen, clean facilities, a lounge where you can hang out and free breakfast. another great thing was the laundry facilities: free washing powder and the dryer actually worked and was also quite fast (and the clothes were dry). rely enjoyed my stay.

Great stay, clean and tidy, clear instructions and helpful staff

A really fun hostel. The common area is very spacious and an easy place to meet people. Irene was a new employee but she was the best! Made me feel right at home in Fukuoka.

Honestly didn't know what to expect, but it was very top notch. Smoking and beer vending machine on the 9th floor - not always social but spoke with a lot of people, very deep discussions - not as small of a city as I was expecting, but many beautiful things to see. Highly recommend 10/10!

Our premium cabin had enough room with a big warm comfortable bed. My only problem was my pillow was to flat. The place was clean n the staff was friendly n very helpful. The bathrooms n showers were clean. The whole hostel was cleaned down everyday. We had a safe place to leave our bags after. Checkout. I would definitely stay here again.
