+ We’re a family of 5 (3 adults and 2 kids, ages 5 and 6) and booked 2 rooms at this property — one through another site. The only good thing about this hotel is its location: it’s close to the night market and bus station, which is convenient. Unfortunately, everything else was disappointing. The air conditioning didn’t work in both rooms — and if you’ve ever been to Chiang Rai in April, you know how unbearably hot it can get. The beds were old and uncomfortable, and the linens and towels looked extremely worn out. On the bright side, the lady at the front desk was kind and helpful. She gave us great local tips and recommended some nice places to visit. Overall, we wouldn’t stay here again unless the property makes some serious upgrades.

- Coussin pas confortable, eau de la douche qui n'est pas chaude. Je suis malheureusement tombée dans une chambre où l'une des personnes exigeait qu il y ait la climatisation durant la nuit alors qu il faisait froid. Il devrait y avoir un règlement intérieur relatif à la climatisation.

+ Locatie is geweldig. Ook geen geluidsoverlast in de kamers.

- Ik had een 6 bedden dorm en toen ze de deur open deed, stonk het zo erg. Ik zei wat is dit joh, ik kan hier toch niet in slapen. Kon niet eens de kamer is zo erg was het. En er zaten al 2 mensen in de kamer. Ze rook het zelf ook. Toen heeft ze wat gesprayed en zei ze dat het wel goed zou komen. Ik zei dat ik een andere kamer wou omdat het heel heftig was, maar ze zei dat ik dan moest bijbetalen voor een privé kamer. Ik heb er geslapen, het was 1 nachtje maar het was niet helemaal weg

- It is so insanely hot in the lobby/hallways Toilets/showers does not have much privacy and its mostly showers and toilet in the same room making everything wet. Staff a bit cold & rude in their communication style.

+ Very close to the bus station so didn’t have walk with bags far and right next to a food court

- There wasn’t anything bad about it just wasn’t the best place we stayed

- En el piso de abajo, ducha y baño compartidos, se mojaba todo el baño, seria bueno si pusieran una cortina para evitarlo, aunque siempre mantenían la limpieza

+ Sehr hilfsbereites Personal das bei der Organisation der weiteren Reise super unterstützt. Scooter kann auch zu angemessenem Preis gemietet werden. Es gibt kostenlose Snacks und Trinkwasser. Die Zimmer sind total hübsch und es ist sehr sauber. Lage direkt am Busbhnhof und zum Essen auf dem Nachtmarkt top! Wäsche waschen für 20 Bath möglich!

+ The bed! It was the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in for 2 months traveling Southeast Asia. It was NOT hard. Just enough Cush! The place is super clean. Right by the bus station, night market and huge food court!

- The bed light is right above your face and way too bright. 25% of it would be more than enough.
