+ Only the location is good but still noisy and cant sleep

- The hostel was very dirty! The bathrooms were discusting and no toulet papers were available! They turn off the a/c most of the day and you really feel like hell in there! You cant even sit inside! The hot is high that you really need to leave the hostel and come back after 18.00 when they will turn the a/c on Water in bathroom is always freeze no hot water just in case you meed it When the a/c is finally on at night you will get freezed! No balanced at all! Staff was vert rude! Noone speaks english and even though you dont understad they continue talking spanish to you! You cant really communicate with nobody in there and they make fun each other to you cause you dont speak spanish! I have traveler 1/3 of the world! I havent experienced once in my life such a hostel with rude staff and dirty Breakfast is just cereal milk and sometimes a bit of. Fruit For sure 100% not reccomended

- No agua caliente, subir una planta para ir a la habitación y luego abres la puerta y tienes que subir otra escalera con peldaños minúsculos. Vergonzoso y caro. La última noche entro un tipo gritando y dando golpes.

+ This was a scam. I was charged the full amount I never got to stay there and booking.com have not responded to any of my messages or emails about the issues. The hostel said they advertised the place with no availability for beds and said there was no beds available. They then cancelled the booking and said I didn’t show up which was untrue

- El aire acondicionado lo apagan, tiene horario de cierta hora para prenderse, hace muchísima calor, parecía un sauna, los baños estaban fuera de servicio, solo uno estaba funcionando, el foco de mi habitación no prendía.

+ Çoooook kötü çok güvensiz ve çok ilgisiz.bukadar ucuz olması ondan dolayı.bana verilen kilitli dolabımdan telefonum kıredi ve banka kartım nakit param herşeyim çalındı.ve kamerası odaları göstermiyormuş.hiç yardımcı olmadılar polisi bile zor çağırdılar.kameraları ısrar etmemle zor açtılar.daha öncede bence yaşanmış bunlar dolap kilitleri aceleyle sökülüp değiştirildi

- พนักงานชายที่ทำงานหน้าเคาเตอร์กะเช้าของวันที่ 12 กพ ปีนี้(2026)ร่วมมือกับแท็กซี่หลอกลวงและชาร์จค่ารถเกินความจริงไปมาก ฉันต้องการเดินทางไปขึ้นรถตู้เพื่อไปบารัญกียา และฉันไว้ใจให้พนักงานโฮสเทลเรียกรถให้ และฉันโดนชาร์จไป 65,000 เปโซกับระยะทางใกล้ๆไม่ถึงห้านาที คุณไม่สามารถทำเรื่องเลวร้ายแบบนี้กับนักท่องเที่ยวของคุณ ฉันไว้ใจและขอความช่วยเหลือเพราะไม่รู้เส้นทางและการเดินทาง ฉันเสียใจมากที่คุณมีพนักงานเลวๆแบบนี้ทำงานให้คุณ

- La estadía El desayuno muy malo solo un pan con huevo, no habían opciones de bebida solo café Mucho calor en el establecimiento los aire lo apagaron a las 6am y no los encendieron más muy sucio

- Son 20 colchones en piso con cortinas.

- Las instalaciones demasiado viejas y en mal estàdo. Los lockers la mayoría no sirven. Ejemplo de 18, solo sirven 6 y estàn muy altos. Se necesita ser alto para alcanzar a guardar la maleta. En la aplicación ofrecen camas. Y no es cierto. Son colchones en el piso. Falta mantenimiento en general. No tiene buena ventilación. En el baño no había jabón. El baño tenía mal olor. No apto para personas mayores con problemas de rodillas. Tieme una escalera super incómoda para subir al cubículo, esto no lo expllican en ninguna parte. No quiero que en su estadia se sienta engañada como yo me sentí. Los lockers estàn muy lejos de la habitación y del baño.

- No hay privacidad Pensé que en contraria una habitación con puerta, pero eso es literal una habitación enorme con varias camas divididas con cortinas y se escucha todo lo que hablan. Además no dan toallas, me tocó pagar y alquilar una. Muy decepcionante!

+ Ótima localização. Fazia tudo no máximo a 15 minutos a pé.

- Não tem água quente e o quarto individual não tem janelas.

+ Die Badezimmer waren sauber, das Bett bequem, sehr zentral gelegen, direkt gegenüber ist ein kleiner Supermarkt, man kann die Wäsche waschen lassen

+ Y personal muy amable y profesional en la mejor ubicación del centro histórico instalaciones confortables con decorado original y distintas opciones de presupuesto

- Debería resaltarse la norma de respetar y hacer el menor ruido posible en el área de dormitorios

+ Это недорогой хостел в старом городе - очень хорошее расположение. Понравились отдельные микро-комнаты в хостеле, это добавляет приватности. Все чисто, хорошая вентиляция, кондиционеры.

- Слишком много людей на квадратный метр, кухни маленькая для такого количества народа, мало общественного пространства.
