- I experienced unacceptable and humiliating behavior. I was told “this is not the place for you” — a phrase repeated by both the manager and reception. This was not a response to misconduct or refusal to comply with rules, but a dismissive way of dealing with a guest. Concerns raised were not addressed professionally. Instead of explanation, resolution, or basic courtesy, staff chose exclusionary and disrespectful language. This is not about disagreement or misunderstanding — it is about how guests are spoken to. No paying guest should be dismissed or addressed in this manner. Based on this experience, I do not recommend this property.

- Kaldığım oda tıkış tıkış dar bi alandı. Yatak tuvaletin dibindeydi, nasıl böyle bi konumlandırma yapabildiniz? Resmen hastalık yuvası. Lamba çalışmıyordu. Yatağım peteğe de uzaktı, yattığım yer çok soğuktu o nedenle kat kat giyindim. Tuvalet banyo temiz değildi. Ranzaya çıkmak çok zordu rahat değildi. Otelin konumu da ıssız biyerde.
+ i Stayed over there for 7 days in private room and i paid so much money and even on daily basis i requested to front desk still they didnt clean my room flooring on single day. For entire period , no body came for cleaning of my room.
- Pésimo servicio de 2 personas en especial en el front desk con las que interactúe e mi llegada y luego para preguntar por jabon y shampoo, super mal encarados, sin ganas de ayudar, y nada profesionales. El mismo tema en el bar del sótano, el bartender con mala actitud, le pedí recomendaciones y solo contesto no se pide lo que te guste, después le pedí ayuda con el pass de wifi y ni me volteo a ver solo señalo un lugar para que yo lo buscara. Pedi una habitacion privada y la cama esta super dura, al igual que las almohadas, permiten que la gente haga el ruido que quiere en horas de la madrugada tipo 3, 4 am dos dias seguidos tuve el tema y nadie les llamo les pidio que no lo hicieran. El hostal esta muy mal ubicado y son largas caminatas a cualquier estacion del metro y no hay nada cercano para comer mejor o tomar un café después de las 6 pm se termina todo y solo queda el bar con asientos de tabla, duro e incomos y mal servicio
- Mannelijk personeelslid liet nieuwe gasten om 00:30 de kamer binnen, en ging met het licht aan uitgebreid vertellen waar alles zat. Volgens mij wilde hij indruk maken op deze twee meiden, ik als vent kreeg in ieder geval niet zo’n warm onthaal. Ik kon hierna in ieder geval ook geen oog meer dicht doen, gasten maakten te veel geluid en deden zelf ook om de haverklap het licht aan. Ben volgende dag maar gelijk vertrokken, je kan hier gewoon niet slapen en het personeel is compleet apathisch voor deze issues toen ik ze opbracht “fair enough” en “is normaal niet zo hoor”- en hun eigen regel van je stil gedragen na 22:00 hebben ze dus ook maling aan. Het was verder ook snikheet op de kamer, het is gewoon helemaal niks. Doe het jezelf niet aan.

- Não consegui passar mais de uma noite nesse hostel. Minha cama era literalmente no corredor. Parecia que tinham amontoado todas as camas para poder caber mais pessoas. Sei que são quartos compartilhados mas não tinha o mínimo privacidade dormindo. Pior de tudo é que tinha um quarto de voluntarios dentro do quarto, ou seja, 12 pessoas saindo e entrando ou invés de 8. Deixei o hostel no primeiro horário e nem voltei para buscar o dinheiro da reserva. Olhe bem todas as fotos antes de reservar. Esse hostel alem de ser muito mais caro que os outros é uma grande cilada. E o chuveiro era super baixo que tinha que tomar banho agachada. Encontrei outro muitoooo mais barato, com cortinas e muito melhores instalações como o Dream Praga Hostel e White Wolf.

+ Title: Very poor attitude from staff – disappointing experience I had a very disappointing experience with the staff during my stay. I stored my backpack in one of the self-set code lockers at the hostel. Unfortunately, I forgot to record the locker number, and when I tried to unlock it later, I entered the wrong code twice. As a result, I had to go to reception to ask for help. The receptionist was clearly impatient and showed visible annoyance on his face. Although he did help me open lockers one by one so I could check, he made me feel like I was a burden the entire time, even though I kept apologizing politely and explaining my mistake. After checking several lockers and still not finding my bag, it turned out that my backpack was actually placed behind the reception desk. When he handed it to me, he said nothing — no explanation, no confirmation, not even a basic “Is everything still inside?” despite me previously telling him I had a backpack and a pair of AirPods inside. He just stared at his computer and completely ignored me from that point on. I was left feeling uncomfortable, dismissed, and disrespected. I understand it was my mistake not to note the locker number, but the lack of professionalism, communication, and basic courtesy from staff was shocking. As a solo traveller, this kind of cold and indifferent treatment is the last thing you want to experience. Hospitality is not just about providing a bed — it’s about how you treat people. Sadly, this hostel failed at that.

- The room I got was nothing like pictures. It was stuffy with a small window hidden in a weird corner. The communication to even get to the room was poor. I didn’t stay the night and had to find alternative accommodation last minute.

When we visited with school, we were split in two groups. When I (second group) arrived there was no more breakfast for us even when we were waiting the employes were very unfriendly. Therefore I do NOT recommend this place at all.
