- Double charged for my dorm bed.
+ They double charged me. Over $100 for a dorm bed so be careful

- Racist property owner. Both ovens broke so you cant cook anything. Clearly not a priority to get fixed. We had to throw a lot of food away.

- Caution: Beware of bugs! My stay took a turn for the worse when I was awakened at 5:30 a.m. by bug bites from ankle to thigh. Despite initially tolerable sleep, the situation became unbearable. Fearful, I checked out immediately. Returning at 10 a.m. to discuss the issue, Mary's response was disheartening. She only repeated, "I'll check," offering no concern or apology. Despite assurances to inform me, a week passed with no updates. A regrettable experience with both the accommodation and customer service; wouldn't recommend.

- Very poor advertising. There were not the beers available and the pizzas were below standard. NO HAND BASINS IN THE TOILETS.

- We payed an expensive amount, we arrive and we notice there is bo receptionist after 8. But that wasn’t the problem. We had to do our own beds and in the morning taking the linen to the laundry.. I hate this new way of business to save in personal and giving shit service to customers so they can get more money. We client shouldn’t get use to this. We pay for accommodation and we get to check in after 4pm and check out before 10am and we don’t even get the bed done and we have to take the linen to laundry after that.. hostels are getting shitier and not less expensive. Wouldn’t recommend this place.
Avevo prenotato per 2 notti e invece la struttura aveva confermato solo la seconda notte. Risultato: abbiamo passato la notte sui divani della reception. Risultato comunque ottenuto dopo nostra insistenza visto che la proprietaria non si è minimamente preoccupata della nostra situazione, senza nemmeno cercare altre soluzioni.
I had booked for 2 nights and instead the property had only confirmed the second night. result: we spent the night on the reception's sofas. result however obtained after our insistence as the owner is not in the least concerned about our situation, without even looking for other solutions.
The facilities were fine and the bed was comfy. However the receptionist was the most rude person I have ever met in a hospitality setting. We made an honest mistake and accidentally booked for the night before and were received with heinous comments include shouting and swearing at us. We understood our mistake and apologised but felt absolutely unwelcomed. The hostel was not clean. They let a family rent multiple rooms,taking over. We made our bed, then brought the sheets down in the morning. I had to ask for a flat sheet to place between my body and the doona that is not washed between guests. There were dead bugs everywhere, even in my bed. The toilets do not have sinks to wash hands nor sanitiser. The sinks are all the way on the one side of the floor, meaning unwashed hands touch everything. - My only issue was that the dorm bunk beds didn’t have any curtains on them.

+ The room was very spacious and the bathroom was clean. The guesthouse has common areas such as kitchen, lounge and game room. The kitchen is a full kitchen with free coffee and teas, and is accessible 24 hours!
- Only one room key but it was not a big issue. No covered parking but this was expected.

- Despite it being Easter long weekend, $500+ / night was to steep a price Full 2 bedroom apartment up the road at Apollo Bay thw two nights after Port Campbell was 1/2 the price.
