In general, the hostel was very nice and clean, with good common areas. You can contact the owner on WhatsApp, and he will help you and answer any questions, which is a very useful feature. They do not change the sheets after a guest leaves - I watched it happen. I sat in my bed one morning and watched one of the staff come in and go to a bed of someone who left that morning. She threw the duvet cover on the floor, wiped the sheet a few times with her hand, then folded the duvet cover and put it back on the bed! There is 0 vibe here and it is not possible to have a proper rest. The hostel is full of middle age weird guest who seem to live there and don't have any sense of respect for the others. They play tv, they eat, they drink, all from their beds at 3 am. The whole building is covered with automatic perfume sprays that provide a false sense of cleaning, but is not clean at all (smelly shower with old soaps, dust everywhere). Ik kwam af op de georganiseerde toers en goede recensies. Maar een dag na aankomst werd me verteld dat er geen toers zijn omdat de eigenaar op vakantie is. Begrijpelijk, maar dit had ik tijdens mijn boeking al willen weten. Hygiëne was matig. Vieze kitranden, stof en schimmelplekjes op de muur naast mijn bed. Worst place after 60+ countries. When I got there check-in didn’t work („your bed is not yet ready“). Luckily I could reach somebody’ they said they have to rearrange stuff. Someone who I arrived with me got sent away even though he had a booking wItd took them 40 min to check me in. The worst decission, disaster. They sell in applications like Booking beds that they do not have and when you arrive they tell you that they are sorry. But the taxi, the time and staying without a bed, they don't feel it because they don't give any solution.

There were bedbugs and the whole hostel in situated in the place of the owner so you live with his family. The breakfast was very bad. He asked me to give a good review on hostelworld. After I gave an average review, he managed to get it deleted. Avoid this place.

Excellent place to stay whilst visiting Chișinău. The owner, ‘Ruben’ runs a relaxing fun hostel. I recommend both his Transnistria & Wine Cellar tours. These tours have a full itinerary with no half days. He has maps of things to do and see in and around Chișinău. They ordered me a taxi via bolt to collect me from the airport and it was cheap - 100 L or 5 Euros. ATMs at the airport and opposite the Hostel. Leuk hostel dichtbij het centrum maar ook rustig

Good hostel. Beds have curtains, a light and a power socket which is always great. Kitchen is handy. Bathrooms are small. Some of the staff a bit grumpy.

All perfect, very cool staff and guests, amazingly comfy beds (I mean it, the bunks are not shaking at all). The common areas are very nice and promote socialising. Had a lot of fun and nothing to complain about

THE hostel to stay in Chisinau! The owner Ruben makes the place feel like a second home with his hospitality, friendliness and help with what to do and tours. There was a great atmosphere when we were there, with a nice cosy feeling in the hostel as it’s not too big and very homely. The staff were so nice and friendly too, and were very helpful when we asked to extend our stay last-minute. Everything is also clean and there’s nice space in the showers to put your stuff. Totally recommend!

다소 비싼 감이 있으나 다른 장점들이 모두 상쇄한다. 매트리스가 매우 푹신하여 휴식을 취하기 좋다. 다양한 여행자들이 많아 언제나 활기찬 곳. 그렇지만 시끄럽지도 않다. 트란스니스트리아 일일 투어도 운영하니 각자 사정에 따라 고려해 보는 것도 좋을 듯하다. (하지만 다소 비싸다... 터미널에서 티라스폴 외치면 누구나 알아듣고 버스 태워주니 그냥 그거 타고 가라..)

As a solo female traveller, I could not have picked a better place to stay in Chisinau. Clean, friendly, safe, comfortable environment. Reubens, the owner, cares deeply about your experience at his hostel. His tours are in equal parts safe and good value for money. His map of local places to eat / explore was also very good. I met some really amazing people while here in Moldova, and Chisinau is an extraordinary city for extraordinary travellers... Recommend Kira's for a night club!

I had a fantastic stay! Ruben is an amazing host, even before I arrived, he provided me with all the necessary information and made sure everything went smoothly, including the arrival and transfer. Fantástico hostel para pasar unos días en Chisinau. Rubens y todo el staff cuidan del viajero y se preocupan para que te sientas como en casa. El lugar es muy acogedor, limpio y ordenado. También ofrece varias excursiones, una de ellas a Transnistria en la que te incluye desde desayuno y comida hasta souvenirs como un imán y un billete de rublo de Transnistria. Recomendado al 100%

Had a great stay here the hostel was full of great people and a lovely kitchen and patio to meet travelers everyone was open and nice. Beds are comfy with great privacy curtains and fans so you have privacy and comfort. The tours were also great.

Ovaj hostel je bio izvanredan! Od gazda, do ostalih gostiju, do lokacije i do radnika :) Sobe se ne zakljucavaju ali ima lokera tako da je bezbedno. Gazda je bio super i znao je sve o gradu, mozete ga pitati za sve. Veoma topla atmosfera u hostelu i lep prostor. Sigurno bih se vratila !!

Valencia was awesome! She helped me out with all my questions and is very responsive, kind, and intelligent. The hostel was very cozy and the beds are very comfortable.

One of the best hostels I’ve stayed in Europe. Towel and slippers included, great kitchen with everything you might need and bathrooms were spotless. The staff was great and Ruben even helped us organise self guided tour to Transnistria since his tour wasn’t running due to Easter. A great stay!
