- Mal servicio desde el recepcionista hasta las instalaciones
- No hay acceso a la terraza, resulta que ya no corresponde al hotel de todas la cosas que se supone habían no son parte del hotel ahora.

Desayuno bastante limitado y poco flexible. Nada extraordinario que me haga repetir
Breakfast is quite limited and not very flexible, nothing extraordinary that would make me repeat it.
Location is amazing. Our private room was pretty small, the door to the bathroom had to fold and your knees hit the wall when sat on the toilet. OK for a night but for an extended stay I'd want more room. It was more expensive than our other hostel and offered less, no breakfast included. Overall a good place to stay though and the rooftop is really cool.

+ La ubicación, es excelente, aunque encontrar el hotel fue complicado porque era de noche y apenas y tiene un letrero con el nombre.
- Llegamos de noche y no teníamos nada para el baño, ni toallas, ni papel, ni jabón, nada. El agua caliente tarda mucho en salir.

+ El hotel está muy bonito. Cómodo y tiene una buena ubicación. Tiene una terraza con una vista espectacular a la catedral. Y en recepción las personas son muy amables para atender

+ Está a una cuadra del parque central, te queda cerca los andadores, cajeros automáticos, restaurantes, iglesias, museos... No lo conocía pero fue muy gratificante. El responsable súper amable, reservamos y cerca estaban hospedados una familia con varios niños, nos dijo que movería nuestra reservación a una habitación más privada (con menos ruido por los niños) y me pareció un detalle súper respetuoso y atento de su parte. Cuenta con una pequeña terraza que da directo a la plaza principal de San Cris. Muy bello todo 100/10
It is one block from the central park, you are within walking distance of the walkers, ATMs, restaurants, churches, museums... I didn't know him but he was very gratifying. the manager was super friendly, we booked and nearby was a family with several children, he told us that he would move our reservation to a more private room (with less noise from the children) and I found it a super respectful and attentive detail on his part. it has a small terrace that overlooks the main square of San Cris...

+ El lugar es precioso las instalaciones, el servicio todo es muy bueno y la ubicación es perfecta
+ Céntrico de verdad. Para llegar a dormir y ya. El personal muy atento y muy amable y me ayudaron con indicaciones.
- Las paredes tenían humedad y moho. La regadera parecía no haber tenido mantenimiento en años, salían 3 chorritos de agua, estaba toda tapada de sarro. Me toco destaparla con un tenedor para poder bañarme. El baño tiene extractor así que prende el ruidazo cuando enciendes la luz.
