I was disappointed by the quality of the place. It did not look like the picture on their profile. We booked a private room and when we got there the room looked dirty. There was chips from the people before us, the sink was duct-taped together, the walls had brown spots on them, the comforter was gross with spots all over, the window was broken, the shower was broken, so we had to uses the bathroom on another floor, the shower was lucky one of the cleaner places but still not great and the toil

I never write bad reviews but I honestly feel like people need to be warned about this hostel. It felt like a half way house, we felt unsafe and uncomfortable as two women. The hostel was filthy- we understand it’s a hostel but surely a certain level of cleanliness is required to continue running- shower, kitchen and common areas were disgusting and not cleaned. I knew the place was bad based on the reviews, but I didn't expect it to be that bad. I've been to bad places just to save money, but this one had nothing to do with other places. The showers are old as f**k, really filthy and don't work properly. Clearly the owners don't look for the hostel they own. And I know that I've booked the room with more people on it, but that has nothing to do with the shitty conditions that the hostel has. And I was only there to sleep so... Also, reading the ...

The hostel is very dirty. I know that it’s a budget hostel but it doesn’t mean you wont keep it clean. I have stayed in 100s hostel in last 3-4 years. It has been one of the dirtiest. Also Things are very old and rusty.

This is the worst hostel i have ever stayed at and i have stayed at many hostels all over the world. The rooms along with the rest of the building was FILTHY and the vibe was so bad that my friend and I literally stood outside the shower while each other showered. We ended up leaving after 1 night and finding another place to stay. When i tried to discuss all my concerns with the hostel they literally emailed back and told me to “f*** off”. This review is a warning to travellers.

Solo con decir que tuvimos que irnos y buscar otro sitio para pasar la noche lo dice todo. Peor sitio que he visto en la vida. Debería de estar cerrado. No lo recomiendo. Sucio, mal ambiente. Con muy mal olor. Y recalcar que es poco higiénico

Bon emplacement, cependant nous avons été horriblement déçu par cet hôtel. Les parties communes sont dans un état déplorables, tout est en bazar et apparement lavé très rarement. La cuisine est dans un état catastrophique avec une odeur nauséabonde. Pour les chambres, nous sommes arrivés la chambre n’était pas lavé, il y avait de la poussière partout, des ongles de pieds coupé sur la table, ainsi que de la corne de pied un peu partout sur le sol. They wouldn’t let us in! We’ve stayed in a lot of hostels and never experienced anything like this. Also please look at the google reviews before you book this place.

This is the worst hostel you can be in. First of all, the guy in the frontdesk was so creepy and weird. They don’t even have a proper system for booking. Secondly, the place was so smelly and not even one thing was there to appreciated. Lastly, the room, bed and roommates: Room was small and smell in the room was unbearable. The bed have no curtains or charging port. I wouldn’t say book this hostel only if you have no other place to spend a night. My worst ever experience.

L'accueil, tout comme l'ambiance était médiocre. L'homme qui nous a reçu à notre arrivée était allongé dans la salle commune, devant la télé... Les chambres étaient correctes mais les matelas non confortables. Nous n'avons pas passés une bonne nuit ... Avec un réveil précoce en raison du bruit dans les couloirs. Les toilettes étaient salles !! Je ne recommande absolument pas cette auberge de jeunesse.

Bed shits dirty, shower facility disgusting, the shower has not been washed in âges considering the stains. No proper lock on the door

If you can not go, dont go. I'm not too bothered with bad conditions as long as I pay really cheap. Here, I paid 20 pounds for not one second of sleep. The mattresses are horrible, the sheets are stained, the beds are not safe (the ladders are detachable and bend if you're too heavy on them). The street is noisy. We are 14 per room and even though everyone was really nice, 14 people snoring and moving and waking up.... no sleep guaranteed. Honestly pay the extra 10 pounds and go elsewhere

Sabía más o menos a lo que iba, al principio llegamos a la recepción y era un desorden y un olor, el recepcionista acostado en el sillón y con una presentación personal que era cuestionable, lo que rescató es que el fue amable, pero solo te asignan la habitación y tú eliges la cama, súper desorganizado, pocos baños y duchas, con una limpieza cuestionable, lo que agradecí es que las ropa de cama estaba limpia y la habitación no tenía mal olor como la recepción que está en conjunto ...

All staff members were affable, helpful and professional - except ONE "bad egg" who was very rude, unfriendly & pointlessly argumentative! She needs basic training in customer relations & basic manners, for better civility awareness, for her own good. Ironically, her colleagues (Nana & Majid) who overhead her ugly drama by chance, very kindly apologised to me later, on her behalf. Kind Regards Felix

I’ve stayed in quite a lot of hostels and I just think this place needs a fair bit of work. The key didn’t work. The WiFi didn’t work. The walls were so thin and the Tv was on way past 2am in main area. The sink didn’t work in the loo and there was no toilet flush. But most of all, it just didn’t feel very clean… The floor especially. Staff were very friendly though.

Went there for the kitchen. Only 1 small fridge for 20/40 people full house + no space in kitchen for people’s food. Fridge and shelves very dirty. Ustensiles not especially clean. Rest is mostly clean. Perfect for peeps liking noise and community. Hard to chat as quite vibrant. The big boss was using misogynist phrases whilst repairing. Not great to wake up to and quite triggering. Small lockers to lock things up. Could not use as badly set in the room so not very accessible. But met nice pee...

The location of the hostel is a nice area- right next to plenty cafés and restaurants. You can definetly tell the hostel is not the newest. The rooms were not really lovely, most of the beds weren‘t made and you could see just matresses without sheets. The kitchen is alright. The keys are not working that well which was a bit annoying. The stuff is friendly but a bit reservated. All in all okay if you are travelling on a budget.

Das Hostel ist okay. Allerdings finde ich 2 Steckdosen für einen 16 Personen-Schlafsaal nicht genug und mir fehlten Mülleimer in den Klokabinen. Leselampen und Ablagen bei den Betten wären auch praktisch.

The attitude of staff was terrible, very unfriendly and unwelcoming. Generally not very clean at all and did not answer phone, despite calling several times.
