+ Location is central (good and bad)
- This is a modernised hostel charging hotel prices but without the services - and ( by design) has minimal sized rooms. The most unforgivable aspect however, is structural; the toilet system is totally not fit for purpose, and did not provide adequate water flow to service the needs of our entire floor (and I suspect for the entire building). I found out that this was not a new problem - so how long have they been getting away/by with this situation?

- 1- mala atención en recepción: nada de información simplemente se limitan a cobrar nada más llegar. 2-no tiene ascensor y tienes que subir maleta a mano por escalera peligro. 3- la habitación no se corresponde con lo ofertado y pagado. Extremadamente pequeña,peligrosa, para subir a la cama el piso esta muy inclinado,tercermundista. Reclamo y me dicen que la habitación es doble superior. 4- nos bloquean la targeta de acceso antes de la hora sin habernos ido todavía. 5-el desayuno un 5. Lo único siempre lo mismo y caro para lo que es. 6- presumen de una calificación de más de 9. Dudo que sea cierto. 7-cuando acabe las vacaciones voy a reclamar a Booking. 8- no hay armario y la tele no funciona

- Hicimos una reserva para 4 personas en una habitación de 4, solicitando expresamente estar juntas. El alojamiento nos confirmó que no habría problema, pero al llegar descubrimos que nos habían asignado camas en habitaciones separadas y la recepcionista no nos informó de ello al hacer el check-in. Las habitaciones resultaron extremadamente pequeñas, la puerta de entrada no cerraba bien y el cajón con bloqueo no funcionaba. Además, nos encontramos con la desagradable sorpresa de que justo debajo de nuestra habitación hay una discoteca, con la música a volumen muy alto hasta las 5 de la madrugada, lo que imposibilitó descansar. Por si fuera poco, a pesar de las cámaras de vigilancia, una persona estuvo entre 15 y 20 minutos golpeando las puertas de todo el pasillo sin que el hostal hiciera nada para garantizar la tranquilidad de los huéspedes. A pesar de su buena ubicación, no recomendaría este alojamiento ni volvería a hospedarme allí.

- My stay at the hostel last night was very disappointing. The locker in my room did not work, and no solution was offered. I specifically chose this hostel because I am traveling with many valuable items and needed secure storage, yet I was left without this basic service. What made the night even worse was that the main light in the room was turned on several times, which automatically triggered my bedside light. I was woken up three times during the night, including once at 2 a.m. Despite mentioning this, the only suggestion I received was to pay extra to upgrade to a private room. I don’t think it’s fair to be asked to pay more when the problems were due to the hostel’s facilities not functioning properly. No one came to the room to check or attempt to fix the issues, and as a result, I barely slept and feel completely exhausted today.

Decente para pasar una noche pero no esperes nada especial. Lo mejor es su ubicación pero la limpieza flojea. La habitación que me tocó fue bastante ruidosa hasta las 2-3am porque justo debajo había un bar con música muy alta.

+ Boravak u Hostel Forum bio je odlično iskustvo. Lokacija je savršena — u samom centru starog grada, sve je na dohvat ruke. Pogled iz sobe je prekrasan i daje poseban ugođaj boravku. Interijer je moderan i ugodan, sve je čisto i dobro održavano. Osoblje je ljubazno i spremno pomoći. Rado bih se ponovno vratila i svakako preporučujem ovaj smještaj.
