CIMICI DA LETTO. E una volta segnalato il fatto, nessun rimborso. Gravissimo considerando sia il disagio fisico sia quello economico visto che ora devo provvedere a disinfestare la mia abitazione. Recensioni ingiustificate, inspiegabile come abbiano punteggi così alti e quando arrivi lì ti trovi di fronte a sporco, lenzuola macchiate, muffa. Al check out non abbiamo trovato nessuno per segnalare il disagio. NON ANDATECI!!!

+ central location + our money was refunded entirely because of bed bugs - the general cleanliness is really bad - the bathrooms are dirty and full of hair, in the room the sheets didn’t look clean - we looked at the mattress which was torn open, extremely dirty and old - dirty floor etc… - the walls are paper thin and you’ll hear everything! - before we went to sleep we saw a bed bug on our pillow because of which we left the hostel and had to find a new place; I generally know that bed bugs aren’t connected to cleanliness issues but this place made us feel extremely uncomfortable and we were able to see it with the bare eye and with the light on!!! Due to the place being in an old building, the wood flooring has a lot of cracks and also the mattress made us think that it’s the perfect breeding ground for bugs… - there are other small issues that I do not want to adress as we have not slept there after this incident - but this experience has definitely effected our stay in Budapest very negatively and I did not like the vibe of this hostel at all!

Hay CHINCHES en este hostel, favor no quedarse aqui por su salud !! cuando le informe al chico de turno nisiquiera me ofrecio ayuda de lavar mi ropa, cada vez empeoro mas y mas, fui a la clinica ybtuve que pagar 150€, espero que se comuniquen conmigo ya que estan informados desde mi check out ... Adjunto fotos.

El espacio comun era agradable y tenia buena ubicacion. El ruido de noche era insoportable, los dormitorios no tenian llave, osea que cualquier persona podia entrar, todo desordenado, toallas y ropa para lavar en el suelo porque la lavadora estaba en pleno pasillo, habian tres wc el cual uno de ellos estuvo en mal estado, las camas con chinches... No volveria a quedarme en este hostel.
