Beary Best! Chinatown by a beary good hostel

We found bedbugs in a bed and in a box under bed. We had to washed our clothes in laundry store and receptionist denied to pay for it or got any refund to us. Wifi were constantly turning off and on and speed was also pretty bad. Cockroaches in the bathroom also pretty bad.

The hostel was dirty. We doubted if the sheets were ever clean, there was a ton of dust under the bed, and the bathroom needed cleaning.

TOUT, vraiment fuyez ! Je suis repartis avec pleins de punaises de lits pareil pour les gens de l’auberge, on ne peux pas dormir les gens font un bruit monstrueux, c’est la seul auberge sur booking mais allé sur d’autres sites pour les auberges il y en a plein d’autres a pas chère !

It's an okay little hostel for the price, location is very good as it's just opposite the subway stop which is great and close to shops and things you need. The room was fine and bedding all clean, was worried after saw reviews about bed bugs but I had no issues. The bunkbed definitely needs curtains and people weren't considerate and turned the lights on at night. Also could do with a better common area to get to know other travellers

Bedbugs, broken AC, windows that don’t close, loud fans. Nice staff that heard my complaints, helped me move rooms, and gave me a discount. But still, DONT STAY HERE.
