Ta Van Heaven Homestay

Lovely setting with terrace. I was in a double private which was very close to the road and therefore quite noisy. Staff were very friendly and they put on a lovely family dinner for all travellers to meet and eat with the staff.

It was a good homestay overall. The receptionist Lily was lovely and was very helpful. It's far from Sapa but I found it a good thing to get away from Sapa in to a more authentic village. A large problem with the home stay was the lack of insulation and warmth. I found it very cold during the night, which could be easily helped by an additional blanket. However when I asked for an additional blanket it wasn't available.

Really lovely hosts!! Super friendly and accommodating. Made us feel so welcome, always greeted us with a smile and were very happy to help :) The rooms were clean with clean bedding, family dinner was delicious, with good vegetarian options. Only think I would say is that there wasn't really much to do in the area, and was quite far from the centre but if you want a quiet weekend and are happy to just relax then this is the place for you

Nice Homestay with lovely people and a good location. Unfortunately the dorm is not a closed room and there was no fire, so it was freezing cold. You can get good blankets for the night but it’s definitely not a place to chill/socialize by day :)

Lovely place in ta van! Very nice staff and guests. It was very cold but they were so nice to give us a space heater :)

This Homestay is the best! The family is super nice! Breakfast included and family dinner every night ! The location is quiet and far away from the chaotic city which I loved! Highly recommended!

Super Homestay! J’ai adoré mon 3 nuits, la famille est super serviable et que des des chambres, j’avais une chambre dans le dortoir et tout étaient propre, lit confortable. Meme chose pour les toilettes et douche! J’ai participé a deux family dinner et wow - meilleur souper vietnamien que j’ai mangé !! Je recommande sans hésiter

The family were great hosts and helped us to organise a tour, rent a motorbike and find a taxi. The dinner and breakfast serves was delicious and was even served with rice vodka. Thankyou for a great time!

Amazing homestay! I had the best time! Truly felt like a home away from home. It is out of Sapa town which I loved because it is a lot more quiet and local. However, be sure this is what you are looking for when booking here

Had a lovely stay at this homestay, was a greagreat place to chill for a couple of days after the Ha Giang Loop! Family dinner was great and so was the local village trek.

Enjoyed my stay here! Stayed in a three bed private room, which was nice! Family super lovely, helped us arrange trekking, laundry & taxi service. Bed comfy but would have preferred a sheet or regular duvet instead of thick blanket.

Beautiful homestay located in a quaint town at the foot of the mountains. Be sure to do the trek offered at the hostel-it was by far my favourite experience in Sapa and such an authentic non touristy experience. A beautiful young lady from the Black Hmong tribe that lives in the mountains takes you on a trek up the mountain through the bamboo forest (lunch include. The girl that leads the hike is the sweetest soul and is eager to teach you about her super interesting way of life.

Really nice homestay situated in the lovely village of Ta Van. The hosts were so lovely, helped us with days trips and sightseeing, put on a lovely all you can eat family dinner each evening… with complementary happy water shots! We did the Sapa trekking tour as a part of the hostel, our guide was Cas and she was so lovely, so kindhearted and helpful. She provided us with lots of information about the Village people as well as the area. If i was staying in Sapa would definitely stay here again

This place was amazing! It felt like a home from home, the family was so welcoming. We got in quite late in the evening and asked if there was anywhere to eat nearby, without hesitation our host gave us menus sat us down and cooked us some food. We were so grateful for everything here, the family dinner is so wholesome defo do it one night! Such a nice place to unwind when travelling and the private room was so worth the money. Thank you for our stay!

What a lovely homestay! The staff is so helpful and the atmosphere was chill in the best possible way. The beds are nice and there are curtains so it kinda feels like a private room. The homestay is located in a village next to Sapa and I would 100% recommend staying here and not Sapa town. We did a guided hike and loved it. Ask for Chu as your guide, she was great!
