I had a bad experience here.

I just don't have enough words... terrible.

Accidentally booked the wrong night and they would not refund me, appalling customer services.

Me and my partner booked a 2 night stay at this establishment, on arrive ,because I didn't have a driving licence or passport they refused us entry and wouldn't even get a manager for me to speak with, very rude receptionist lucky for us we found a brilliant b+b a couple of doors down which was nice clean tidy and the breakfasts were faultless well done Holgate Bridge

Rooms are under construction plus Road traffic noises. Super loud. Very far from city centre. 30 mins walk. Not worthy. No common area, no kitchen use for guest. The staffs were chatting loudly ignoring guest standing in front of the the reception desk. Super unprofessional. One of the worst place I’ve stayed 👎🏽

A old mad man in a nappy (who was not staying in our room) kept stumbling into our room and staring at us. He did look very discombobulated but not a great experience. They advice from the staff was to kill him. Also he left his soiled nappy in the communal bathroom.

DO NOT STAY here if you are only staying for a few days. This hostel is run for long term residents meaning people there on holiday get treated very poorly. Unhelpful staff, no internet or wifi (the staff and long term guests have their own router), no kitchen access (yet also no eating or storing food in the rooms, how are we supposed to eat?!?!) and no facilities.

The room was big enough but it was really dirty. The mattresses, sheets and duvets were disgusting. I suffer from asthma and I couldn't breath in there. Horrible experience. The price is high for the service provided.

The shared 8 bed room was incredibly smelly. I enjoyed the kitchen, the staff was nice and the location was good. However, the room was so unpleasant that I can't give more than one star.

Všechno maximálně výborné. Za tak vysokou kvalitu a bezpečnost, musí být ta cena snad dotovaná :-)

Chambre petite mais propre. Par contre, Il y a de la moisissure dans les salles de bains. Personnel très sympathique !

Quizás tiene que ver con la época del covid, pero no pude disfrutar de ningún lugar público del hotel, tampoco tuve desayuno como esperaba, y alquilé la habitación privada para 2 que tiene muchos defectos: muy calurosa por estar en el último piso, hay que tenér cuidado con el techo porque hay zonas bajas que te podes golpear la cabeza, no hay shampoo, y la cama y almohadas fueron bastante incómodas. Y algo que ya sabía de antemano es la ubicación, está a 20 min caminando del centro d...

Très charmante petite auberge de jeunesse à prix raisonnable. Éloigné du centre de York mais on y accède rapidement à pied. Agréable séjour passez la bas

Très bonne auberge, propre, les pièces communes sont géniales et chaleureuses, le dortoir 4 lits exclusivement féminin n'est pas hyper cosy ou quoi, mais l'essentiel est là et là, puis il y a une salle de bain "privée", donc rien que pour ça c'est forcément la meilleure de toutes les auberges que j'ai pu faire au Royaume-Uni.

很棒的旅館，環境舒適，門口就有往center York的公車，簡單的早餐只收£1而已😆 唯一的遺憾是我住12人房，第二天晚上遇到整晚打呼的旅客...

Muy buena experiencia. Los lugares comunes están buenísimos. El hostel es muy lindo en general y el cuarto tenía todo lo necesario para estar cómodos.

Hermosa casa inglesa. Hostel 5 estrellas. Lindo, ordenado, tiene taquillas. Enchufes en cada cama. Baños impecables. Camas cómodas. Calefacción adecuada. Personal de lo más amable. Patric, el mejor!!!! Super recomendado!

Tres bonne auberge de jeunesse Les chambres sont super et la salle principale et la cuisine spacieuses et pratiques L’accueil est excellent 👌 Tres bonne endroit pour visiter york en famille et jouer à des jeux de société en fin de soirée

Muy amable el staff . Genial el ambiente , la musica , el bar ... Todo lindo ...

muy buen hostel, cocina amplia mucho lugar para comer, sentarse a hablar y tomar mate. Cerca del centro y medios de transporte en la puerta.

Lugar bastante agradable, piezas con baño privado, rico desayuno por solo una libra.
