Awesome spot

highly disappointed with how the staff handelded our laundry situation. We had to wake up at 3am to get our laundry as it did not arrive at 10pm the day before as they said it would. Tried to do the right thing and paid the laundry in advanced. The next day they offered a discount to our friend but would not offer us the discount as a refund, after we paid 85 sols and did not receive the laundry in time as expected.

Very nice! Staff was lovely and worked tirelessly to maintain the property. Lots of events and activities. The spectacular view was worth the money alone. Would stay again!

The location of the hostel was a bit far from the city center, which meant a lot of walking was required to get to most places. When I arrived, the staff only showed me where my room was and did not give any introduction or tour of the rest of the hostel facilities. Overall, the friendliness of the staff was somewhat limited compared to other Wild Rover hostels I have stayed at. Additionally, the toilet flush was not working properly during my stay

Great hostel, fun to be in and very clean. Takes awhile for the check-in, other then that very happy with the service and the stay

Great stay, Oscar was super helpful and friendly. Let us check into our room when we arrived early in the morning! Appreciate it!

Great place, lots of things to do, atmosphere is great, always got a futbol game on in the bar. Have all kinds of people, some staying for the night and hiking machu pichu or rainbow mountain early morning, and some people partying late, i got to experience both!

Amazing hostel. Everything was very good. The rooms are amazing, the bar/restaurant serves good food and shows football which was nice. The hostel is however located a little walk outside of Cusco up some tough stairs, but it isn’t too bad.

All round great hostel, party but that bit is separate from the sleeping area so its really easy to sleep. Great that they let you leave luggage for free while trekking etc.

Great hostel, lots of good food and fun. Thank you to Virna at reception for being so helpful. Definitely recommend coming here

Mi estadía en el hostel me hizo sentir como en casa por lo que decidí extender mi estadía , resalto la disposición y atencion del personal en todo momento y Alexandra en particular por su amabilidad , sin dudas un lugar al que volvería y recomendaría.

Oscar had such great customer service, always so attentive and tending to everyone’s wants and needs :D

We were with 3 girls and from the moment we came in Alexandra gave us an enthusiastic tour she answered al our questions and was really helpful and funny!! The food is good and the view is amazing. Would recommend and if you like a good party or like to play beer pong you should go. The staff is fast to help you at any time of the day at the reception or for a drink at the bar!

I had a really nice stay! Special thanks to Alexandra and Sam who were always very helpful at the reception.

Awesome place to stay in Cusco! Lots of activities and in close proximity to many hits in Cusco. Laundry is down the street, staff is kind, it’s a social hostel but not so overwhelming where you can’t sleep. This hostel is HUGE and has great views of the city. Fun place with kind staff and travelers, free tea + the common spaces are great! Ping pong, seating areas, and flash tattoos even :) def would recommend staying here
