- Muchos ruidos en la noche, imposible dormir, las recepcionistas conversando en voz alta y riéndose a las 1 de la mañana, las puertas del banos siempre son abiertas y la gente secándose el pelo a las 1 y las 6 de la mañana. Si te gusta no descansar vengas aquí.

+ Good breakfast, friendly staff.

- It is impossible to sleep in this hostel. All the bed units are connected and the floor is made out of wood, so every strep people take is resonating through all the beds. Similarly if people climb up and down the beds (which happened all night and all morning), the vibrations resonate through all the bed units. Reading comments that this hostel is calmI, I booked this stay after the Salkantay trek to rest as I was sick, but at least for my room (Room F), this was not at all the case. It was impossible to sleep through the evening, night or morning as people got up at all times for tours. I checked out after 2 days as I didn’t get any sleep and felt terrible. The hostel is also not social.

- The room was not clean even when we arrived, bathroom was dirty on the sink, the stairs were dusty and we found a lot of spiders, bugs and ants everywhere

- Je me suis fait voler mes affaires le premier soir. Le personnel a été aimable et m’a prête des affaires dont j’avais besoin pour le trek. Sèche cheveux qui ne marche pas dans la salle de bain, pas de savon dans les douches. Les lits qui tremblent dès que quelqu’un bouge dans le dortoir, problématique quand chaque jour des départs pour des treks ont lieu très tôt le matin…

+ El personal muy agradable, el servicio de recogida en el aeropuerto es de agradecer, se le ha de pagar al taxista directamente. El desayuno aceptable. Ubicado a unos 15 minutos de la Plaza de Armas. El patio principal de la instalación es muy bonito.

- La habitación doble con baño privado que nos dieron era muy grande y en el mes de mayo pasamos mucho frio. Nos dejaron dos estufas, una la tuvimos que poner en el baño, no fueron suficientes. En el comedor común la estufa no funcionada y mientras desayunabamos tuvimos también mucho frio. El techo no está acondicionado. En definitiva, pagas una habitación doble a precio de hotel cuando los servicios y la calidad son los de un albergue.

+ C’est un établissement moderne et propre, avec beaucoup d’espace, même pour travailler. Le petit déjeuner est à volonté et varié.

- Ils ont perdu l'équivalent de 50 € de vêtements à la laverie, ont nié les faits et m’ont assuré qu’il était impossible de perdre des habits, comme si c’était moi le problème. Ils ont annulé mes réservations Booking pour éviter de payer les commissions, sans pour autant respecter les tarifs de la plateforme. Je ne sais même pas exactement ce que j’ai payé et si je passe par booking c'est pour une raison de sérénité. La cuisine est sale, l’éponge aurait dû être changée depuis des mois, et il n’y a presque aucun ustensile.

- Los cuartos alojaban personas demasiado desordenadas e irrespetuosas con el ruido y el estar encendiendo y apagando la luz en medio de la noche. El personal no fue muy amable

+ El hostal está bastante bien sus instalaciones y la comida

- El personal que me atendió, existe una chica de nombre Boni que me dio el peor trato que he recibido en toda mi vida, fue muy grosera y descortés, esto hizo que toda mi estancia se vaya para abajo, hubo otra chica llamada Rosa ella era todo lo contrario, siempre tratando de ayudar y brindando el mejor servicio, lastimosamente la otra chica me hizo pasar los peores momentos de mi viaje.

+ Friendly and great hostel. They put on dancing classes on a thur, Fri and sat.. location is up hill so bear in mind if you struggle.

- Now. This is where it's let down. The bed and room were great. I had messaged a head asking for a room with a window because we could see some of the rooms had no windows. On arrival the guy seemed lost when I mentioned the window. So he called a manager. After a quick chat we were told the room we booked had had an accident and had been flooded from the toilet. I asked to see but they couldn't. So we were in this nice room no window but plastic sky light. The room was so stuffy and hot that we both struggled to sleep. My partner can fall asleep sleep anywhere. We tried leaving the door open before going to sleep but looked on to the enclosed courtyard where reception was. By the end of our stay she didn't feel so great with no ventilation. Major let down and for this I wouldn't stay here again which is a shame. Also as all rooms look on to reception area/courtyard it can be loud and music played at times. First night we were there music was loud and went on late. Other nights more staff or guests speaking loudly.

+ We stayed in both the private room & dorm room. The private room was great but the dorm room was way too small for the amount of beds.

- -kitchen was disgusting and under stocked -breakfast was bare minimum with gross 1-2 day old coffee in the percolator (they reheat it each morning) -the hostel dorm room was way over crowded. Too many beds for such a small room

+ La atención de los chicos A1, la calidad humana es increíble definitivamente volvería mil veces.

- La verdad no hubo algo que no me haya gustado, porque aún siendo un lugar donde ingresa mucha gente a cada rato se mantiene limpio y seguro

+ Bed had curtains, which is rare in South America. Good breakfast! I cajoled leave my backpack while I was gone for a few days

- Barulho muito alto de despertador todos as madrugadas entre 4 e 5h30.

+ El hostal tiene mucho encanto. Los espacios compartidos son muy bonitos y prácticos, ideales para relajarse y disfrutar de la estancia. La habitación con dos camas dobles es un auténtico lujo, y las camas son muy confortables. Es cierto que no hay persianas, pero no resulta molesto, ya que en Perú amanece bastante temprano. El staff es sin duda un gran plus. Son muy amables, flexibles y siempre disponibles. Incluso se acuerdan de tu nombre, lo que hace que la experiencia sea aún más especial. En conjunto, te hacen sentir como en un hotel de 4 estrellas. ¡Bravo!
