Zarate's Hostel

- O Hostel após confirmar a reserva, mandou uma msg dizendo que não estava disponível a acomodação reservada. Estava sem Internet e não vi a msg. Ao chegar ao local ninguém me atendeu, quando liguei pediram para eu esperar e não apareceram. Fui embora e tive que buscar outra estadia, mas antes enviei uma msg e ninguém respondeu.

- They moved our rooms due to maintenance which caused a lot of hassle. This should’ve been communicated before. Cold showers Nobody ever on reception Never one to moan, but this place should be avoided

- Меня заселили совершенно в другую комнату, которая не соответствует фотографии. Внутри было сыро, холодно. Ковровое покрытие на полу имело неприятный запах. Когда я спросила - почему меня не заселили в комнату как на фотографии, мне ответили, что это фото комнаты с собственной ванной. Но! У меня в бронировании была указана та самая комната без ванной.

- we booked an overnight stay in this hostel, when we arrived we called the specified no. no one answered. after some time they called back and said that the administrator will come, let's wait an hour after the call, no one came. after 2 hours they will come. and when one more person came, it turned out that he didn't have a place. The morning was ruined after a 3-hour wait after a long journey.

+ ARNAQUE : Hostel passable car pas cher, la chambre ne ressemblais pas aux photos. Le personnel a été aimable jusqu'à ce que...

- Nous sommes partis au machu pichu par les services de l'hostel, les éboulements nous on doublé le temps de trajets et arrivé au au dernier village le chauffeur a nous a fait monter tous les 15 passagers dans deux jeep pour les derniers 10km. Le chauffeur est reparti direct - je ne voudrais pas être à la place des passagers qu'il a embarqué après déjà 12 heures à la suite. Et dans les jeeps on nous a demander de payer a nouveau la moitié du prix du trajet ce que les agences des autres passagers ont toutes prit en charge mais enede n'a rien voulu entendre...

+ The price! That was definitely the only reason why I booked it… I was supposed to only spend one night in Cusco so didn’t want to spend that much. The staff. They were kind.

- Everything! I mean I have stayed in lots of cheap places that are great. This isn’t one of those. Despite everyone telling me it was located in a safe area (and probably it is), it doesn’t look like it at all; it’s ZERO inviting. Super dark at night time both in and out of the place… the bathrooms don’t work properly, and are dirty… the windows do not protect you from the sunlight… the towels they give you are not properly washed, they looked with dirt and stains on them… the breakfast is just bread with jelly and butter, and fliers are all over them. Would never be back nor suggest anyone to do it. The place is awful.

- Non abbiamo potuto soggiornare perché all'arrivo ci è stato detto che la nostra prenotazione era in overbooking. Consigliamo di contattare la struttura in precedenza per confermare la prenotazione.

- Desayuno, baño, difícil acceso, con mal olor

+ Snídaně dobrá. Wifi funguje skvěle!

- Nedostali jsme ručníky ani toaletní papír. Teplá voda téměř netekla. Často netekla voda vůbec. Záchod se ucpal a jelikož netekla voda, nemohli jsme ani splachovat. Elektřina v koupelně probíjí, takže jsme několikrát dostali elektrický šok od různých předmětů. Stěny našeho pokoje byly primárně ze skla, takže byl pokoj po ránu vymrzlý. Světlo blikalo a rozsvítilo se po 6 minutách (ze zvědavosti jsem to stopoval).

+ Bon emplacement, douche chaude, bon rapport qualité prix.

- Salle de bain qui s’abîme. Chambre moyenne (ne correspond pas vraiment aux photos). Cuisine compliquée à utiliser car quasi aucun équipement.

+ Les hôtesses sont très gentilles et disponibles emplacement à côté du centre ville.

+ Super nice room and hot shower. The breakfast was okey.

- Łazienki mogłyby być częściej sprzątane. Przydałby się jakieś półki lub wieszaki w pokoju i łazienkach

+ Hôtel atypique mais bien situé et personnel charmant

+ Good sized rooms if booking with ensuite. And good location at back away from street noise.

- Staff lacked some English but could easily use google translate.

+ Très bon rapport qualité prix Serviettes et savon très appréciés

+ La atención es muy buena, muy cerca de la plaza de armas

+ Emplacement idéal en centre-ville, très propre. Mayumi, la réceptionniste est adorable et toujours disponible. Très bon rapport qualité-prix.

- Some nights Room a bit cold

+ La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de la Plaza Mayor de Cuzco y de todo lo que necesita. La habitación muy comoda y los baños limpios. La dueña y su hijo son muy amablesy acogedores, todo fue perfecto !

+ La habitación estaba bien y la ubicación bastante buena. La chica que estaba en el hostal majísima. Nos cambiaron los planes y tuvimos que anular tres noches y nos devolvió el dinero sin ningún problema. Todo muy bien.

+ La habitación era grande.

- La cocina está indicada como compartida, nada de eso la dueña impone horario de las 14h a las 18h… si quieres utilizarla fuera de sus horarios te hace pagar extra! Ademas que la dueña fue muy desagradable hubo música fuertísima hasta las cuatro de la mañana ( pensábamos estar al lado de una discoteca). No había papel de baño.
