- ここのオーナーは本当に無責任で信じられません。クスコでの滞在を台無しにしたくなければ、このホステルには絶対に泊まらないでください。 私はこのホステルでハイドロエレクトリカ行きのバンを予約しましたが、オーナーに集合場所を間違えて案内され、そのせいでバンに乗り遅れました。その結果、予定がすべて崩れ、マチュピチュのチケットも取れず、滞在自体が台無しになりました。 オーナーは一見謝罪しているようでしたが、実際には責任を取る姿勢は全く感じられませんでした。 マチュピチュから戻った後、1階のプライベートルームに案内されましたが、上の階からの男性と女性のの騒音がひどく、夜遅くまで大音量の音楽と、非常に不快な物音・声で全く眠れませんでした。あまりにもひどかったのでWhatsAppでオーナーに連絡しましたが、その騒音の発生源がオーナー本人だったことに気づき、非常に驚きました。このような行為はあまりにも非常識です。 さらに、シャワーは冷水しか出ず、お湯は一切使えませんでした。 これまでで最悪レベルの宿泊体験でした。このホステルに泊まるくらいなら、宿がない方がまだマシだと思います。
+ Staff were friendly and decent location.
- The room was newly created and located beneath several hostel rooms so all ongoing noise translated through to my room. Very bad odour coming from the pipes which due to the size and combined toilet / bedroom nature of the room was very uncomfortable. Also kept me waiting outside the locked door initially for several minutes (despite informing them of my arrival time, I was on the verge of leaving and then they let me check in.
+ I stayed two times in Blacky Hostel. First time in a single room, second time in the dorms. The overall equipments and the hostel are very well maintained and quite modern. The vibe is good and people meet in the common areas. The tours offered are also at a fair price and I booked 2. If I had only been there once, I would have given it a great score.
- 1. Opening times for the reception are quite narrow, do not expect to have someone behind the desk most of the time 2. Hostel manager clearly stated that this place is a business and only a business and they are here to make money. Not the best vibe overall. For people with time, the backstory : During my stay in the single room, the hot water was not working properly and kept going from boiling hot (quite dangerous) to freezing cold in the span of 1 min. Not a big deal, and they came three times to arrange the temperature and fix it, once every day. The staff clearly aknowledged the problem, and confirm there was one. When I came back for another stay, I booked tour with them and after it I wanted to take a shower even though I checked out already. The manager of the hostel asked me to pay the equivalent of 5 euros (!) just to take the shower as according to her "It is a business here". As I did not have enough cash on me and was about to leave after, I asked if I could get it for free considering all the issues I had with my shower when I was in the single room. The manager got upset for 10 min, kept repeating that "this is a business here, we do not give shower for free", and clearly stated that "There was never any problem with your shower during your stay", implying that I am lying and the three days where the staff came to fix it never happened. Things escalated quite a bit as apparently the manager prefers to call people liars and save less than 50 cents rather than acknowledge that there was an issue and be flexible about it. She ended up giving me the free shower clearly against her will as she stated "You can get it but I do not like it, this is a business here". It was overall a very bad exchange and it really tainted my view of my overall stay here.

- Me asignaron una cama con colchón de cama nido, muy incomoda y además estaba muy usado, tenía hoyos el colchón que no te permitía descsnsar la espalda. Lo comenté y me lo cambiaron. Al día siguiente no funcionaba las duchas. Me devolvieron el importe de esa noche y me tuve que buscar otro. Las instalaciones y servicios dejan mucho que desear. No volvería a ir ni lo recomiendo
- Appartement hatte kein Fenster und roch nach feuchter schimmeliger Luft. Durch die hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit wurden selbst Kleider frisch aus der Wäscherei muffig und feucht.
+ The location is great — just a few minutes from the town center. I also really liked the pod design; it offers great privacy
- You often have to wait quite a while outside before someone answers the door, which can be dreadful especially if it’s raining. There’s also a daily charge for storage (my mistake for not reading the sign at reception). When I tried to pay for the storage by card, as I didn’t have any soles on me, Luciana told me card payment wasn’t possible and became very upset. She asked me to collect my things and leave, which was honestly quite shocking and disappointing. I had planned to recommend this hostel because I genuinely liked it, but that experience completely changed my impression.

- 1층 침대는 피하세요. 침대 중앙이 찌그러져있어서 허리가 아픕니다.
+ Spacious room with a small kitchen, couch and a small coffee table with chairs. Fast and stable internet. The setup worked perfect for my online meeting. Cute common courtyard.
- There was no heating, so the room was freezing cold. There was no one to receive me in the reception upon arrival, so was standing outside in pouring rain for 20-30 mins and had to use my foreign sim to contact the hotel (which costed me another $10).

- On était au rez de chaussée donc chambre froide et sans lumière naturelle. Au dessus de nous il y avait des logements et les escaliers pour y monter étaient très bruyants, ça nous réveillait a chaque fois… un peu embêtant
The location and friendliness of the staff, the good atmosphere We were on the ground floor so cold room and no natural light. above us there were housing and the stairs to climb up were very noisy, it woke us up every time... a little annoying
+ very cozy apartment, the room had everything we needed, the kitchen, private bathroom, comfortable beds and a tv. the staff were pretty amazing and friendly, they greeted us very kindly. we where travelling the day we checked out and just for 7 soles they let us leave our stuff almost for a whole day in the locket.
- maybe I overlooked when booking, but the apartment had no windows, so it was a little bit weird. from the photos it looked like windows, but when we opened there were just a lot of people from the hostel in the big room chilling and talking.
+ I stayed in the 18 bed dorm and the cotts are so love it feels like you have your own private room! Everything was very clean and the location is the best!!! Like 5 minutes from the main square. Hot showers with enough space to put all your clothes and things so they don’t get wet when you shower. Great kitchen and lovely common area with card games and book exchange. Super helpful and nice staff.
- It sometimes gets a little cold at night but they happily provide extra blankets if you need them so not really an issue

+ O hostel é muito bom e todos são muito simpáticos lá. A limpeza é excelente, tudo bem organizado e sinalizado. Cozinha completa, cama confortável em boxes que as deixam mais reservadas. Amei e super indico!
