- C est tres excentre de tout vraiment il est très loin meme avec un scooter , l hôtel a été rénové mais c est pas comme sur les photos et le ménage pas très propre et surtout se faire réveiller a 10 h pour nettoyer la chambre

- The property gave nothing but misleading information from booking to our stay. When we booked the "hotel" it is advertised as a hotel but turns out to be part hostel, this isnt an issue but is the first misleading piece of information you are given. When we arrived , we were informed of ongoing construction outside of our hotel room. This property was booked for our stay 1 month in advance which gave them ample opportunity to inform us of this, although no disruption was caused by this construction, I believe better transparancy should have been provided in advance of our stay. When you arrive a 300 tbh is required in cash for a key deposit, this isnt an issue but once again something that isnt listed very clearly upon booking. The room itself was basic and uncomfortable. They advertise satellite tv but have no english speaking channels. We have stayed in 3 other hotels since arriving in Thailand, some more basic than this and they offered streaming servuces such as netflix. The room had a damp/mouldy stench for the entirety of the visit and the shower wasn't great either in my opinion as water kept cutting out and fluctuating in temperature as other showers/taps were turned on throughout thw building. We booked our excursion and pick up for Phi Phi Don through the hotel. Upon booking we were told the ferry would take two hours , upon boarding the ferry we were made aware that this would take 3 hours as the boat first stops in Phi Phi Leh for sight seeing purposes. Our ticket from the hotel also stated the boat back from Phi Phi Don is 3pm, this turns out to be incorrect and the boat actually departs at 2:45pm, without us knowing this information we could have easily missed our transfer and our flight back to Ireland in turn. Do better Arbern, as a tourist who has been in this country for awhile now , I will be advising any friends or family planning to visit to avoid this hotel.

- Trop de choses, le bruit constant, mais surtout beaucoup d’éléments n’ont pas été entretenus, je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel, malgré la gentillesse du personnel

+ The location was good, very close to the city center.

- I do not recommend staying at this property. The room smells like mold and the overall feeling is that the hotel and the room itself are worn-out. We went to the reception and told the staff about the smell, but after a check up they said it’s normal and this is how it smells in all rooms. They gave us an air purifier but it did not make a difference.

- Everything. Bad location. Bad interior and stuffs are not helpful

+ - ห้องที่จองตอนในรูปกับห้องที่เข้าพักคนละ type กัน - วันที่เข้าพักวันแรก ผ้าปูมีรอย ต้องเปลี่ยนถึง 3 ผืน - เตียงแข็ง มีแค่ที่นอนกับผ้าปูกันเปื้อนไม่มีท็อปเปอร์ หมอนแค่สองใบ - ที่วางของในห้องน้อยมาก ไม่มีโต๊ะให้นั่งแต่งหน้าเลย - ไม่มี Amenity พวกcotton bud หมวกคลุมอาบน้ำอะไรแบบนี้เลย - ฝารองชักโครกเหมือนน็อตหลุดเคลื่อนตลอดเวลา - ฝักบัวในห้องน้ำสายเหมือนจะขาด - 9 โมงเช้าของวันที่พักอยู่ แม่บ้านมาเคาะประตูบอกว่าขอทำห้อง ซึ่ง งงมากไม่เคยมีธรรมเนียมแบบนี้เราบอกว่าให้ทำหลังจากเราออกไปข้างนอก เพราะตอนนี้เราไม่สะดวกกำลังอาบน้ำอยู่ แม่บ้านบอกว่าแม่บ้านทำเป็นเวลาค่ะ พอออกไปข้างนอกไปแจ้งว่าให้เข้าไปเก็บขยะและเปลี่ยนผ้าเช็ดเท้า กลับมาก็ไม่ได้ทำ - มีช่วงนึงที่กลับจากทะเลต้องการอาบน้ำ สรุปคือแท็งก์น้ำมีปัญหา น้ำไม่ไหล - และกลางคืนตรงห้องที่บริเวณเราพักมีเสียงเหมือนมีคนเคาะเพดานตลอดเวลา ซึ่งน่ากลัวและดูไม่ปลอดภัยมาก - ที่จอดรถหน้าโรงแรมจอดยากและที่จอดรถของโรงแรมจอดไกล

+ นอกเหนือจากห้องพักที่ดีแล้ว คือพนักงานทุกคน nice มาก น่ารักยิ้มแย้ม จะกลับไปพักอีกแน่นอน

+ The staff was incredibly helpful and polite. For the price, it's a great place, located just next to airport bus stop.

- Restaurant only offered mostly Japanese style food which was unusual for a Chinese owned small hotel. No pool or other amenities. Beds a little firm.

+ Apres discussion nous avons eu une chambre qui nous convient ..la premiere etait petite et le lit pour 2 personnes contre le mur...pour sortir et entrer dans le lit pas evident. Personnel aux petits soins.

+ Gostei da localização, os funcionários são super simpáticos e atenciosos. Alugamos mota no alojamento e recebemos algumas informações de tours. Existe um 7-Eleven a 2minutos, vários restaurantes e a old town fica a 15minutos a pé. A limpeza dos quartos é feita diariamente com troca de todas as toalhas e tapete do wc.

+ Tres bien placé, 5min à pieds de la old town. Accueil très sympathique !

- Je chipote mais pas de quoi mettre les serviettes de bains pas très pratiques !

+ The bed was so loveley and soft. We enjoyed it! The room was a nice size also with a infanant :)

+ It was near the centre of Phuket, so all old town sites are at a walkable distance. The staff was very courteous.

+ Wir können das hotel nur wärmstens empfehlen! Das war das beste hotel in 3 Wochen Thailand. Schöne, moderne Zimmer. Mit richtiger Bettdecke und schön leise. Die Lage ist auch super, zentral in der Altstadt und die Leute an der Rezeption sehr nett und extrem hilfsbereit! Wir wurden außerdem in unseren Zimmer mit einem Handtuch Schwan und Rosen begrüßt!! (Wir sind in den Flitterwochen.) Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

+ Very nice boutique hotel on the edge of the old town, with a good cafe, clean and comfortable bed and bath, the young guys at the front desk are super polite and helpful, just a short 1 km walk from the old town.

+ Logement propre, avec tout ce qu'il faut. 7/eleven à proximité, restaurant en bas de l'hôtel et partout dans la rue. Les employés sont très gentils et serviables. À 15 min à pied du Old town Phuket. Facile de prendre des grab/bolt. À 10 min de la gare des bus.
