I was bitten all over by the bed bug , literally all over , I stayed in 107 ,bed 2 , this bed is not cleaned when I move in , I attach photo below . i will be contacting hostel for compensation . this is not acceptable . and I'm furious . ( there are more bites at the back and I cannot take photo myself )

Beware of bed bugs! The first room had bed bugs, so we moved to the second room, but that room also had bed bugs. I'm covered in bites!

Did the job nothing incredible. Better hostels around. Worse hostels around. From reading reviews seems like they had a bedbug issue couple years back but they seem to have sorted that. Kitchen was decent if your looking to cook. Photos online are very touched up/when it just opened.

Unpleasant experience, our bed bug suspicion was handled unprofessionally. We informed three staff members. One of them did nothing, the second changed one pair of sheets (we were a group of five), and the third hesitantly offered the laundry facilities when were were checking out. We were told that a pest control specialist had inspected our room afterwards and had found no bed bugs. However, his worksheets did not confirm this, and the chemicals used are meant for already existing bugs.

Unfortunately, my experience at Flow Spaces was disappointing. There were bed bugs during my stay, which was obviously a major concern and made it difficult to feel comfortable. The shared kitchen area was also not well maintained… the sink was full of dirty dishes and appeared blocked, and overall cleanliness throughout the hostel was below expectations. With better hygiene and maintenance, this could be a good budget option, but unfortunately my stay was affected by these issues.

Best location for the price. Good staff, rooms could be slightly cleaner. Found a bed bug on the last day. Will definitely be back!

Pictures are misleading. Spaces are outdated and dirty. The dorm rooms are very small and have a funny smell. Not to mention the bed bugs, was bitten all over so hygiene is questionable. I wouldn't recommend staying here

Avoid this place. Looks like it hasn’t been properly cleaned. Bed bugs everywhere. Ruined my trip.

had bedbugs and manager was rude when we asked for a refund (suggested that we had brought the bedbugs)[we absolutely did not]. some staff were really sweet (shout out girl with the black hair and tattoos). facilities and location were alright.

The location is great. It is very easy to walk to any of the main sightseeing locations and very close to the metro. However, when we stayed there were bedbugs in our room. Once we brought this to the attention of the staff we were switched to a different room and all our laundry was done free of charge. I understand that bedbugs can happen anywhere, but it made me a little less confident in the general cleanliness of the hostel. The staff are all really friendly and helpful though!

I only write positive reviews but this time I am super disappointed and upset. I got bed bug bites from this hostel. I've never experienced this before. Also the toilet and shower were very dirty. Definitely don't recommended staying here.

Unfortunately, I was bitten by bedbugs several times and I managed to kill one. But there must have been more. After that, I couldn’t sleep in that bed anymore. I didn't want to experience more bits from bedbugs. So I had to sleep in the common room. The staff offered me another bed, but I wasn’t sure the other bed is bedbugs free or not. So I stayed in the common area for the rest of the night. There other things is the room i stayed have bad location, right next to common room, where a lot people hang out, chat loudly and walk by back and forth. Yes, normally people don't care about the other guests. But the staff must ask people not to be so loud after 00:00. So, my experience in this hostel was bad. Bedbugs is the worst that can happen in a hostel and it happened.

My stay at this hostel was disappointing due to bedbugs and a rude staff member. In the morning, a kind female staff member offered free laundry, arranged a room change, and promised me a lower bunk. That evening, a male staff member with shoulder-length curly hair and glasses rudely refused, claiming lower bunks were full. Despite a female colleague’s explanation, he remained hostile. All the staff were friendly except him. His attitude ruined my experience and felt discriminatory. 臭虫和仇女男员工！快跑

Check previous photos and reviews of serious bed bug infestation. May be the other reviews covered it up but it still here let me tell you. They were literally crawling all over the room.

Unfortunately, there were bedbugs in our room, and the bathroom was always flooded… Sweet staff and close to metro.

The hostel had a good location. You can reach everything by foot. It’s not as clean as it seems on the pictures and there was also a problem with bed bugs in my room. After reading a few reviews it seems to be a common problem. Nevertheless my experience was nice after I changed to another room.

Molded showers, bed bugs, people steal your food, should update pictures, stains in chairs, nice layout, great location, nice open spaces.

This place is certainly functional, clean, hot showers, kitchen, essentially all you need. And no bed bugs. Thank you. Its efficient. But it is like a warehouse and lacks atmosphere. No interaction of staff with guests. Staff is nice however. If there were other options, i think id avoid it as a solo traveler. Its so much about the space. The dorm room i had was like a spice cabinet, very small. The beds have curtains. Good privacy.

I found bed bugs at the last night of my stay. It is also inside an old broken building.

Would be nice to have more space for work on laptops with a socket nearby. There were bed bugs. 🐜

Unfortunately I had a bedbug incident which was quite uncomfortable. The staff was super helpful, they washed my clothes for free and all but it happened with 2 separate beds, which was unfortunate.

Auberge au top ! Les gens sont sympa la cuisine en libre service est cool, les lits sont confortables. Pas de bedbugs pour nous. Personnels très sympa. Service impeccable ! Je reviendrai volontiers. N’hésitez pas à discuter avec vos collègues de chambre ! Emplacements au top, n’hésitez pas à aller visiter le Market d’à côté et je vous conseil d’acheter vos souvenirs à l’étage du marchés ils sont moins chers !

Rooms and facilities seemed ok but a bed bug was crawling on the bed at midnight (checked in late). Got offered a change of room and washing of clothes. Sadly after reading the reviews here it seems like it's an ongoing problem for well over a year. Stay at your own risk, just because it's really bad here it doesn't mean that other hostels or hotels are safer

The bedbugs, they encourage people to steal your food, having to keep changing rooms, the smells in the kitchen and bathroom are gross and worst of all the mold in the bathroom.

Unfortunately, as mentioned in some other reviews, some kind of bug bit me while I was staying there. I got 5 bites, not clustered like bedbug bites, but of some kind of likely crawling insect because a mosquito wouldn't have had access to some spots where the bites appeared. The tiny en-suite bathroom has inadequate ventilation and thus there is mold on the ceiling of the bathroom reflecting this.

VORSICHT BETTWANZEN!!! Außerdem sind die Zimmer und Bäder dreckig und das einzige, was einem dort als Ausgleich für die Bettwanzen, von denen das Personal weis angeboten wird ist ein gratis Wäsche Service. Ich habe mehr als 30 Bisse bekommen…

Bed bugs! I saw the reviews mentioning them but I didn’t listen. I learned my lesson the hard way. The hostel has responded to these reviews saying the problem has been dealt with, but… I woke up covered in bites… and I think they may have followed me… A comfortable hostel and mostly clean but it’s really not worth the stress of bed bugs and it’s disappointing to see that the problem has not yet been taken care of.

Меня поселили в номер 212, кровать 04 внизу, днем я обнаружила на теле укусы клопов, администрации хостела нужно срочно принять меры. Что удивительно на букинге про клопов нет и слова, а на Гугл-картах есть. Если Вам дорого свое здоровье, лучше поискать место проживания подороже, но и безопаснее. Все остальное (локация, персонал, интернет) замечательно. Оставлю и на Гугл-картах информацию о клопах, может, кому-то будет полезно. I was put in the room 212, bed 04 downstairs, during the next day of check-in I found bedbug bites on my body, the hostel administration needs to take action immediately. Surprisingly, there is not a word about bedbugs on the booking site, but on Google maps there is. If you value your health, it is better to look for a place to live that is more expensive, but also safer. Everything else (location, staff, internet) is great. I will leave you a feedback about bedbugs in google maps as well, it might be useful for someone.

Where should I start ... I arrived late, at 01 am in the morning, and the following morning I woke up and saw a big, yellow spot and a long hair on my sheet that I had been sleeping on (I'm short haired). I complained in the reception and the guy told me that probably the sheets already hat the spot (why don't they throw it away then, and where did the long hair come from?). When I checked out from the hotel I noticed that I had been bitten of bed bugs on my stomach and hand with a lot of red, itchy marks. Please, look at the attached photos. Had to put all my clothes and stuff in quarantine when I came home. I wrote to the hotel and got a quick answer telling me the manager would look at it but I haven't got any reply since then (one week ago). Too bad, because if we could've solved it I wouldn't have to write this bad review. Yes - this hotel is cheap and well located, but please consider to choose another hotel in case you don't want to bring home bed bugs to your own home.

Be advised- BED BUGS & BROKEN AIR CONDITIONING. It was so hot in the rooms

The only thing we liked about our stay was the location, walkable/close to transit. We rated so low due to the cleanliness of the hostel itself. First, not sure the sheets were actually changed. Mine had black long hair everywhere…I’m blonde. Second, our friend staying in another had bedbugs. BEDBUGS. come to find out they didn’t mention that to the others staying in the room, yes my friend got to change rooms but the others weren’t told why they needed to deep clean the room. That’s nasty.

I got at least 30-40 bed bug bites at this location. When confronted hostel staff about this, they apparently already knew about the issue and were trying to hide it from us. They didn’t offer to clean anything or even move rooms, and even asked us to not tell other people in the room about the issue.

They have bedbugs here. Enough said. Do yourself a favor and don’t stay here. While we did get a refund the employees were very nonchalant about it and it seemed like they knew it was an issue and didn’t want to address it.

My boyfriend and I had bedbugs. I saw one a few hours after checking in (in the daytime), and informed reception. Told us they couldn’t do anything about it currently as it has just been fumigated before we checked in. Night-time came and we drew the curtains and we saw 4 bedbugs on them. We had to sleep there for the night because it was fully booked, and we saw 2 baby bedbugs when we woke up in the middle of the night. They did move us into a different room and offered to clean all of our clothes in the morning. I appreciate their response (albeit later than I had liked). We enjoyed the rest of the time that we were there. We have travelled across Europe and this is the only hostel I’ve experienced which specified bedbugs in their house rules. This has clearly been a problem for a while, I suggest to flow spaces that they treat the wood or completely replace the bed frames, as I saw an abundance of bedbug faeces in the untreated wood. It seems they like the narrative of bed bugs being a common issue, rather than solving the problem long-term. Hostel itself is lovely and you will have a good experience, if you’re not in one of the infested rooms. If you’re willing to take the gamble, by all means.

BED BUGS!!!! Be careful if you come to this hostel as they always have bed bugs problems. And they know and they don't even care. Look for more reviews on Google or other platforms. It's not a new thing and they don't do anything to improve it.

Unfortubatley i got bitten by bedbugs wich surprised me because it looked very clean to me. But all in all i had a great stay and i would recomend it to anyone who visits budapest.

I usually don't mind climbing stairs, it just happened that I travelled with an ankle injury and the lack of an elevator was a bit of a setback so just be aware of this fact. Our room had a bathroom with toilet and shower, but the sink was so small I could not find a normal position to wash my face and brush my teeth so I had to use the communal bathrooms instead. Also the bedsheets were itchy....not sure if bedbugs or something else, but when I got to another hostel in another city, the itching stopped...
