J'ai été très mal accueillie par un hôte très peu agréable et directif. Il ne m'a pas donné le wifi, et j'ai eu l'impression de me faire arnaquer dans ses explications de change et de tarif. La chambre de 6 personnes vallait moins qu'une chambre dans des auberges plus '"low cost" (pas de couette/une simple couverture, des lits sans rideaux...) Ok- nearly got scammed as I arrived as no security was outside, but there was security out for the rest of my stay. As a first time female solo traveller thos was very unsettling. Paid for a female only room and did not receive this. Also paid a £10 deposit for my room key which I was told woukd be refunded at the end of my trip if I have my key back- which I did, and haven’t received the money back yet after over 2 weeks. I have emailed twice asking for my money back but no response.

I spent 30€ in deposit because I booked in different times and havent get it back. It should be just cash and get it immediately so you can avoid this situations.

The deposit charged for locker is not refunded despite over 2 weeks past. The problem is that they don’t block 10 EUR, but instead they did charge my card. And now they claim it was unblocked, in fact I didn’t get back. I had to go to the hostel and check it, but it didn’t solve the solution. Don’t recommend staying there simply for this reason, otherwise overall is okay. Except shared rooms aren’t very well organized.

I was overcharged at entry . After booking through Hostelworld, it said Payable later amount = $15.85 (145MAD) l, however, they charged me $23.9 (220MAD). I hope it wasn't intentional. Also, I found a cockroach in my room locker. Also, You should pay deposit for the locker only by card. They said that it would be refunded to your card in 3 days (not sure if it would) but I wish I was able to pay cash for it at least. Well you could pay deposit by cash but it would be 4 times the amount

Die Betten waren sehr eng aneinander gestellt. Ich konnte kaum gerade ausgehen, um an mein Bett zu kommen. Es gab keine Ablagen beim Bett selbst deswegen lag alles auf dem Boden oder im Bett. Es gab auch keine Gardinen, damit auch keine Privatsphäre. Die Zimmer sind unglaublich dunkel, weil die Kronleuchter einfach von den hohen Betten direkt verdeckt werden und das Licht gar nicht den Boden erreicht. Das Hostel selbst ist sehr verwinkelt und der Weg zum Hostel auch besonders nachts unheimlich

Very bad. The hostel is nice and clean and in a great location, but it's a shame they don't know how to do their job. I booked a tour of the Merzouga desert with them and they put me on the first tourist tour consisting of people of a single nationality and a guide who didn't speak English, so I found myself totally alone and had a bad experience. Booked a mixed dorm at Equity Point Marrakesh, but on arrival at 1:30 a.m. was refused my bed due to an undisclosed policy against Moroccans. Placed in a dirty, smelly room without AC. Couldn’t sleep. Discriminatory and unprofessional.

When you check in, it is mandatory to pay a deposit (cash only). When you check out, they say they will return the money (to the card used for the reservation), but they NEVER give the money back. I’ve made countless attempts, and to this day I haven’t received it. This establishment lacks ethics.

Beautiful hostel in the centre of marrakesh! Rooms were cleaned every day and the staff were so friendly. The bar and restaurant at the top were great, with a perfect social spot to watch the sunset

Great hostel, but too expensive. I would recommend staying here though, everything is ok there !

BEST HOSTEL EVER BOOK IT

Au top, sécurité 10/10 pour une femme seule. Pas tellement d’ambiance mais très bel hostel avec un personnel adorable et des locaux magnifiques. Le chemin peut faire peur de nuit pour y arriver car c’est au cœur de la médina mais c’est calme et safe

Everyone was so lovely, the staff the people staying there and especially the hostel cat! We would definitely come back again. The pool was very clean and was a very nice atmosphere. Good for if you’re travelling in a group or solo.

El mejor hotel que eh visto en Marrakech. Si estas buscando un hostel no busques mas y alojate en éste. Tiene pileta, bar, sirven desayunos, servicio de cafe, bebidas etc. Lo mejor del lugar.

Literally the only place to stay in Marrakesh! Amazing facilities, super welcoming staff, and a beautiful little rooftop garden with a 360 view of the city. Would definitely stay here again on the next trip!

We stayed here twice during our trip to Morocco. The 6 bed dorm was great, sturdy bunks & good sized lockers. The shower flooded the bathroom everytime tho. Our second stay was in a 3 bed private room which was lovely. We didn’t need to hire towels and the bathroom was much better. The pool is lush, the rooftop terraces have plenty of options for chilling in the sunshine, The food was great and the bar very good value for money.

Alles in allem eine super Unterkunft für ein paar Tage, Dachterrasse, Pool, man ist sehr schnell in den Medinas (nur 1,2 kurze Gassen). Fand unsere Betten nicht so gemütlich und der Schlafsaal generell sehr eng, aber insgesamt wirklich fair. Außerdem Transport vom Flughafen möglich, was für uns perfekt war, da wir mitten in der Nacht gelandet sind.

Fantastic hostel, would happily stay again. Kind staff, good vibes, decent ensuite rooms, and a decent rooftop bar. Relatively centrally located.

This hostel is a great social hub in Marrakesh. we stayed for 3 nights & met many people. The hostel has an alcohol license which is rare for Marrakesh which makes the hostel more than most others in the area so it's definitely worth it if you drink

Good place. Met people because we were in the same room, not because of any common area. I don’t recommend the massage :/ Bathrooms weren’t really clean, but wasn’t terrible either. The rooftop and pool area was nice.

I stayed in the dorms and in a private room. The dorms are great for short stays. Clean and comfortable. The pool is lovely. Private room was beautiful. Bar serves alcohol which can be difficult to find in Marrakech. Food was nice and reasonably priced. They take credit card. (Other hostels in Marrakech will tell you to pay cash but only after you arrived.)
