Overall a decent hostel for a short stay. It was not super straightforward to reach staff for check-in and check-out, but I was also one of two guests as I stayed in off-season (February) so I think the experience would have been better during the summer. The shower did not have hot water and no one was around to help with this, and there were no ingredients to make the complimentary breakfast as advertised.
A very nice place and was very clean. It is a little far from the old town but a nice walk. When we arrived, no one was there and we had to contact the host because they were not aware we were coming. Then there were no staff there during our stay and no breakfast as advertised. We were woken up on our last morning by the host asking us to pay him even though he was not around during the day so we had no one to ask about luggage storage, the city, etc.
+ Everything looks really nice. The other guest were very friendly.
- Every day the same breakfast. Only one coffee is free, for every next you have to pay 50 Leke. The walls are thin, you hear the other guests. You have to wash your dishes. They offer a tour to the canyon for 50€ each in a "small" group of 25 people. It seems they try to mix a hostel with a boutique hotel, for me it doesn't work.

A great equipped kitchen, dayly cleaned bathrooms, a nice little, real „personal“ breakfast! Lockers in the room and great great beds!! Just some guests were not as you would wish, bit that is definately not the hosts thing :)
+ J’ai passé une nuit dans cette auberge/hôtel proposant des chambres partagées ou individuelles. L’endroit est très propre, bien situé et pratique pour se déplacer. Le personnel est au top, toujours souriant et prêt à aider. C’est l’endroit parfait si tu veux rencontrer du monde et te faire des connaissances. Je recommande vivement !

Hôtel tenu par un couple très accueillant et sympathique. Les chambres sont très confortables. La cuisine et la pièce principale sont spacieuses et très agréable. Parfait pour visiter Berat ou la vallée de l’Osumi.
Hotel run by a very welcoming and friendly couple. rooms are very comfortable. kitchen and master room are spacious and very nice. perfect for visiting Berat or the Osumi Valley.

+ Amazingly tranquil place right on the edge of town (don't let that put you off as the views of the mountain is breathtaking). Clean, spacious, room. Comfortable beds. Living room, kitchen, great WiFi and very hot water. What made it even better is I had the place to myself for the majority of the time due to low season which added to the tranquility of this place. The owner couple are lovely, very hospitable and also own a restaurant nearby. It's about a 20 minute walk to the centre but the walk is nice and also safe. Highly recommended

+ Clean and well equipped hostel. With all you need. The staff was flexible.
- A bit further from the center but not bad. Expect little-to-no-community in winter. Surely better in summer.

+ Beautiful home, safe neighborhood, and great location with safe parking for my motorcycle! The hostel owners were truly a pleasure to get to know. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Also- the free breakfast provided at the owner’s restaurant across the street is delicious!
We can full heartedly recommend this hostel. Rooms and facilities are very clean. The breakfast is amazing. We felt very welcome. The location is practical too. You can walk by foot to the center it takes 15 min or take a bus that stops close to the house (it might not be on Google maps).
