Te hacen sentir mal desde el momento que llegas. Dormir en este nivel de hacinamiento es imposible. Olor a comida en un cuarto que no tiene 2 metros cuadrados de aire. Muy mala atmósfera.
They make you feel bad from the moment you arrive. sleeping at this level of overcrowding is impossible. smell of food in a room that doesn't have 2 square meters of air. very bad atmosphere.
Hostel cancelled my (~7 day) booking and was therefore benefited by none of the above domains. The hostel took my money still, and was not compliant with sufficient attempts to recompense me. Was the least pleasant experience with a hostel. Besides from this I did discuss in person with a hostel worker - was not impressed with facilities to be honest.
The hostel is really overpriced for what they offer. I stayed in a small room with 12 people, with no window, so absoluty no air and some detector of movment in my bed that did a lot of light, the shower were dirty, all of that for nearly 50€ a night… The personal was nice but it is completely overpriced for an underground hostel! I wouldn’t recommend at all
The most unsafe hostel I've EVER stayed in. In less than an hour inside the establishment I was robbed. Someone took me €270 and the hostel didn't give me any support. They didn't even give me information on how to make a complaint official. To make matters worse, the afternoon receptionist insinuated I was lying. I strongly advise against staying there.
It was super expensive and the room was tiny. Don’t be fooled by the pictures. The ten person room seems to be like ten square meters. There was no window to open so it felt like no fresh air came into the room at all, it was quite claustrophobic. The only good thing was the super sweet woman who gave us breakfast. She was very attentive. But the hostal is way too expensive and just way too small
Had bedbugs in my bed and they charged me twice, mold smell, really unwelcoming staff that made me feel unsafe

I had reservations since last Thursday or Friday and I arrived and I had no room, a shame the staff very good except the guy who attended me, I have stayed more times in this place I seem to be one of the best in Madrid, but it never happened to me and I travel a lot, and I expect compensation because you can't leave people out and least of all a regular customer, so very bad and take care of other red trip that are not reliable, that leave you out and tell you to get a life, no solution 40€ t...
I appreciate supply and demand but £100 for a bed in an 8 bed dorm is daylight robbery (it would ordinarily be around £15-20). Sadly I didn't have much choice for the evening that I arrived. That said, it was super convenient for arriving later at night from the airport. Check in is frustrating having to use a machine and there were zero staff to be found when I arrived. Very mixed feelings about this place. Potential is high but sadly spoiled by extortionate pricing.
TLDR: Terrible treatment and even worse customer service. Do NOT stay at this hostel. There was an apparent misunderstanding among the staff as to my check out date and instead of calling me to make sure I wasn't checking out, they opened my locker and stuffed all my belongings in garbage bags. When I arrived back at the hostel in the evening, I found another person in my bed and all my stuff was gone. When I asked the front desk person what was going on, she had no idea and panicked. Llevaba tiempo queriendo venir a Madrid y al final me animé solo un finde. Encontré este hostel buscando algo céntrico y barato y la verdad es que fue un acierto total. Las instalaciones están como nuevas, se nota que es un sitio cuidado. La cama muy cómoda, con cortina para tener tu espacio, y el cajón de abajo para meter la mochila y las cosas con la tarjeta. I had been wanting to come to Madrid for a while and in the end I was just excited to find one. I found this hostel looking for something central and cheap and the truth is it was a total hit. Fui a Madrid un par de días solo y reservé aquí casi sin pensarlo mucho, y la verdad es que acerté. El hostel está genial. Lo primero que te llama la atención es lo nuevas que están las instalaciones, todo muy limpio y cuidado. I went to Madrid for a couple of days alone and booked here almost without thinking about it too much, and the truth is I got it right. The hostel is great. The first thing that catches your attention is how new the facilities are, everything is very clean and well maintained. The bed has its curtain to isolate you a little from the rest, and underneath you have the drawer to put your things which opens with the card. I slept very well the truth. I stayed for just one night. The location is good, and the place is quiet and clean. It’s not a particularly social hostel, as it feels quite modern and a bit impersonal. The main common area is not very large, but it works well for having a coffee or a quick bite. However, if you need a calm and tidy place to sleep, it’s exactly what you’re looking for. Marco was very friendly and helpful.
When you walk in you don’t know where to go, bad signage. The staff seemed annoyed by people asking them questions. The rooms were very tight and no ventilation. The toilet room was so small they had to cut out a piece of the door so it could open. No where for you to change your clothes in a mixed setting (toilet room too small). Only one person at a time can be getting stuff out of their locker (and no one can be trying to get passed) not a very enjoyable place to be
Great place, centric and easy to navigate. It’s clean and the rooms are good, the security for your backpacks is amazing.
My favorite spot in Madrid. I was here for the first time two years ago. It only gets better! Every single detail has been considered. The location is top of the line. The staff... great guys! I'm so grateful for making me feel at home. God bless their hearts.

Muy buena localización, personal muy amable, instalaciones de cocina y sala de recreo muy buenas. Baño aceptable. Las habitaciones son algo mejorables...las camas son muy cómodas y el cubículo muy acogedor, las sábanas, colchón y cojín están muy limpios. La habitación donde me quedaba no se podía ventilar y la litera superior no es lo más cómodo del mundo de subir. La ducha no me gustó, es pequeña y no tenía un espacio dentro donde dejar las cosas para que se mantuvieran secas.
Very good location, very friendly staff, very good kitchen facilities and recreation room. Bathroom acceptable. The rooms are somewhat upgradeable...the beds are very comfortable and the cubicle very cozy, the sheets, mattress and cushion are very clean. The room where I stayed couldn't be ventilated and the top bunk is not the most comfortable thing in the world to climb. The shower didn't like it, it's small and I didn't have a space inside to leave things to keep dry.
O hostel é limpo , a equipe super simpática , o hostel fica perto do metrô o que facilita . O café da manhã tem bastante coisa . A única coisa que não gostei foi ter que pagar pra deixar a mala guardada ,primeira vez que vejo hostel cobrando isso .
The hostel is clean, the staff is super friendly, or the hostel is near the subway or what. the breakfast café has plenty of everything. the only thing i didn't like was having to pay to leave the suitcase in storage, first time i've seen a hostel charge that.
The shower smelled awful, and the price was a little high for the tiny space. Overall, it got the job done, but I wouldn't rush back.
Les espaces sont très petits et la salle commune est au sous-sol donc sans fenêtre. Elle est également très petite. Pour la chambre la douche et les toilettes sont dans le sas d’entrée pour accéder à la chambre donc pas très pratique pour avoir un peu d’intimité ou se doucher librement. Certains casiers de certains lits sont à l’extérieur des chambres donc pas pratique. La cuisine est minuscule sans plaques de cuisson ni four, seulement micro onde. Pas très propre non plus.
The spaces are very small and the common room is in the basement so without a window. it is also very small. for the bedroom the shower and toilet are in the entrance hall to access the bedroom so not very convenient to have some privacy or shower freely. some lockers in some beds are outside the bedrooms so not practical. the kitchen is tiny without cookers or ovens, only microwave. not very clean either.
All good but they have one bathroom and 2 showers for a floor and its like 5 flats more than 25 person per floor ,. however I highly recommend this hostel nice vibes and cool stay and really good neighbourhood all things next to you restaurants … exatra ..
Ostello a 5 minuti a piedi da stazione principe pio. Luogo molto curato e pulito, personale simpatico e disponibile, camerata da 8 molto pulita con letti comodi e spaziosi con mensoline porta oggetti e prese di corrente

Very quaint and comfortable hostel in a great location. One staff member was a little rude to my friends that I was staying with but the rest were polite. Quite expense but that’s how Spain tends to be
Las instalaciones están bien pero el servicio es muy malo. Llegué antes de Check in y no me dejaron esperar en el Lobby con las maletas (Solo tenía un carry on y un backpack), me dijeron que podía esperar en el lobby solo si alquilaba un locker para las maletas o que pagara un early check in. Primera vez que me pasa esto y es bastante molesto llegar cansado de viaje y que lo primero que hagan es intentar sacarte más dinero. Aparte la puerta del cuarto suena mucho cada vez que la mueven
The facilities are fine but the service is very bad. i arrived before check in and they didn't let me wait in the lobby with the bags (i only had a carry on and a backpack), they told me i could wait in the lobby only if i rented a locker for the bags or paid an early check in. first time this has ever happened to me and it's pretty annoying to arrive from a trip and the first thing i can't get is to try to get you to take out more money. besides the bedroom door sounds a lot every time they mov...

En general la gente de recepción es poco atenta y un poco seca, las habitaciones son con muy poco espacio para aún así ser un hostal , las llaves no funcionaban bien
In general the reception people are unattentive and a bit dry, the rooms are with very little space to still be a hostel, the keys didn't work well
Less social than I thought but super nice staff, cleaned well, privacy curtains, great place to stay

Overall very good experience, the only thing that should be checked is the air in the rooms, because it is hot in the rooms
Staff was friendly, location could be better, but beds were very comfortable. The bathroom smelled very bad and the hairdryer did not work which was unfortunate.
