- Nuestra estancia en este hotel fue pésima. Sufrieron una avería eléctrica en varias instalaciones y, en lugar de gestionarlo adecuadamente o trasladarnos a otra habitación, nos dejaron 6 horas en completa oscuridad. Cada vez que preguntábamos en recepción, nos daban largas diciendo que “en una hora más” se solucionaría. Cuando finalmente hablé con el manager, su actitud fue muy borde y maleducada. Solo gracias a Abdullah, la única persona amable en todo el hotel, nos cambiaron de habitación tarde por la noche. Días después recibí la devolución de la reserva, pero ahora me piden que devuelva una parte, lo cual me parece poco elegante y una gestión pésima con el cliente. Entiendo que los problemas eléctricos pueden ocurrir, pero lo verdaderamente inaceptable fue la forma en que nos trataron. Definitivamente no recomiendo hospedarse en este hostal.

+ The location was ok. To be honest anywhere in the old city you can’t go wrong with the location. It’s perfect anywhere you go. This place isn’t good.
- They overcharged me for the airport shuttle and the communication was terrible. The staff seemed disorganized and unprofessional, and it felt like they were trying to rip me off. They kept insisting I hadn’t paid for my room, but when I checked my credit card statement, the payment had already gone through. I felt very uncomfortable dealing with them. Please avoid this place.
- I booked a room at this hostel but the room I paid for has two beds and not a double bed and does not correspond at all to the photos in my booking. I feel completely deceived and would like a refund. In addition, there is no hot water in the bathroom, the towels are very small, more like face towels and the room does not have blackout blinds for the night, only one window. Terrible and unacceptable service. A disgrace! After asking for the complaints book, which they didn't know what it was, I asked if it was necessary to call the police. The hotel owner showed up and gave us the room that was most similar to the one we had booked. However, the worst was yet to come. The room had cockroaches. We killed two in 24 hours. I should also mention that the room did not have the dimensions described in the advertisement. breakfast consists of olives, bread, butter, cheese and watermelon. there are two juices, coffee and milk I do not recommend that you stay at this place!

- 酒店大堂沒有冷氣， 很熱。入住1小時後，大概下都係午3點半整個酒店突然停電，沒有冷氣，沒有燈，手機也不能充電。直到明天早上7點半才有電，然後9點半又沒有電了，直到我們離開也沒有電。在我們入住期間只有3小時有電供應，酒店房間還發現蟲子，很差的入住體驗。

+ Das Frühstück und die Lage
- Zimmer ist sehr klein, Matratze ist sehr unbequem und die Toilette ist im Zimmer
+ Location is really good. You do not even need to use a transport in order to reach the most popular touristic districts and places. Hotel staff is very gentle and helpful. Breakfast is also good - variety of meals and desserts.
- The building that this hotel is located in - looks like it is quite old, because the noise isolation is a complete HORROR. If you expect that you will have a good sleep without any background noises disturbing you - then do not go to this hotel. You will hear everything - noise on the street, noise from your neighbors. We lived on 1st floor and every single day we heard a lot of noise from 3rd floor!!! There is a dining room on the 3rd floor and even if you live on the 1st floor - you will hear that horrific scratch made by chair legs EVERY SINGLE MORNING from 5 to 10 AM.

- В ванной в душе был забит слив и вода не смывалась. Сильный запах. Мусор не убирался и не было полотенец для пола и рук. Не работал кондиционер. Много пыли, слишком маленькая комната.

- Gegend ein bißchen teurer. Für normale Preise im Restaurant fahrt ein bisschen mit der Straßenbahn raus
+ La ubicación es excelente y la cama es muy cómoda.
- Todo estaba bastante bien pero sólo a modo de aviso que no hay ascensor y hay 4 plantas.
+ スタッフがフレンドリーでした。危険や客引きのおおいイスタンブールですが、ここでは唯一リラックスすることができました。朝食も量が多かったですし、ウォーターサーバーもありがたかったです。
- お風呂とトイレが一緒な上、お風呂は一つしかないので誰かがお風呂を使っていたりトイレを長時間使っていると何もできないことです。トイレは地下にもう一つありますが、たまに紙がないことがあるので注意してください。スタッフに言えばもちろん新しいものをくれます。

+ Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeitende. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und bin 10 Tage geblieben.

+ Amazing place, highly recommended! The breakfast is wonderful (see the photo) and served on a terrace with a nice view. Stuff is kind and funny. Loved them.

+ Lo mejor del alojamiento es su ubicación en el casco histórico de la ciudad a 5 minutos caminando de la mezquita azul y Santa Sofía. El personal es sumamente amable: destaco a Murat de recepción y a Madre e Hija que preparaban el desayuno todas las mañanas, realmente una amabilidad increíble. Desde el lugar de desayuno se tiene una vista preciosa hacia el Bósforo. La habitación era suficiente y la cama cómoda para 2 personas
- Poco espacio para poder abrir las maletas, olor a desagüe desde el baño en ocasiones. Solo hicieron el aseo una vez.

Espectacular. Precio muy asequible, ubicación espectacular, trato excelente y desayuno incluido muy bueno. Las habitaciones (con baño) y las camas genial tambien. Totalmente recomendable hospedarse aqui
+ Bellissima posizione, molto vicino ai principali monumenti della zona. La Moschea blù è lì dietro, ma l'hotel è calmo e tranquillo, si sente il muezzin ma non dà fastidio. Lo staff, guidato dal bravissimo Osman, è gentile, preciso e sempre presente e disponibile a tutte le info. Osman è stato perfetto! La colazione mattutina, sempre col sorriso di cuoche e cameriere, è abbondante e varia e....si mangia col panorama del Bosforo negli occhi!
- Camere piccoline, ma tutto il necessario c'è!

+ It's a pleasant stay. The location is great, and they offer free drinking water for everyone. It's easy to find a restaurant or go anywhere in Seoul. I would recommend it to anyone who has a tight budget and needs a great location.
- Although the bed and room are small, you pay for what you get. This is reasonable.
