   Terrible! The reception staff are completely unhelpful; the receptionist girl was rude to me. Even more absurd is the fact that the shower stalls have glass doors with no locks, so someone could open the door at any moment while you're showering! There are some very strange people at the hostel! I do not recommend it!

   I don't recommend it, unless your revenue is so low that you cannot afford something else, like me. The room of 54 beds was better than I expected. The beds were clean. I would have appreciated a cuttain though and a bit cleaner showers but with so many clients it's normal. I really dod mot appreciate that for this I had to pay a guarantee of fifty dollars. And even if I understand this, I hated the fact that in the document they ask you to pay, it is written that they can verify the room and reimburse you up to 48 hours after your departure. What a scam! This should be reported. 12 years travelling in hostels around the world and in the US, I have never seen this.

   Avoid. They will double charge the resort fee at check in even though you paid it when booking online but they will do it anyway! Alot of homeless people there., Very dirty and extremely noisy. Restrooms are filthy.

   wouldn’t recommend staying here to anyone One room with all the beds. When we got there our bed numbers were taken. My friend and I are females in our early 20s and didn’t feel safe at all as soon as we walked in. The other people staying were all older and a few were clearly on drugs. It also had a really bad smell. We had a booking for five nights but had to leave within 10 minutes and find elsewhere to stay because we didn’t feel safe

   I stayed one night at this hostel and tried to canceled my second reservation (June 25–30) because the experience was completely different from what was advertised. The dormitory had over 40 people in a single room, the bathrooms were unisex, lacked privacy, and the hygiene conditions were very poor. As a woman traveling alone, I felt unsafe and extremely uncomfortable. None of this was clearly mentioned in the booking description, there was no indication of the number of people per room or the lack of private facilities. The hostel refused to refund my unused nights, even though I never stayed and Revolut tried to help with the claim. I would not recommend this place, especially for solo female travelers or anyone expecting basic safety, cleanliness, or accurate information.

    Don’t stay here !! Warning Unsafe, there are robberies! It's a very unsafe place, and there's no one trained to resolve it. To this day, I'm still waiting for a solution. Nadir answers my complaint! I send emails, and they reply every 15 days. I asked if they could accept a package that was coming for me. They said yes. Then they told me it had already arrived at the front desk. When my friend went to pick it up, the package wasn't there. It disappeared, and no one ever gave me an answer or a solution. Someone on the staff stole it, and neither the managers nor the owners gave me an answer or a solution to what had happened. Also, during my stay, two guests were robbed: one of them had money and the other of clothing. It's a very unsafe place.

    At first when I got here at Posh my experience was sweet compared to near by hostel options. Then days later, the staff had an attitude, especially the men at the front desk which made me un comfortable and un welcomed. The girl with glasses was very nice though. It does get loud and crazy in the beds because others are snoring, coming in and out and enjoying their vacation. It’s not an ideal spot for rest and there are interruptions from other guests sharing the dorm bed room. Someone stole my items towards the end of my stay like my phone charger and bathing suit. I tried to sleep in the couch of the hostel due to other guests very loudly snoring. Please be prepared to share a space with other vacationers. The pool area is fun and nice, although the door codes and cards were not shared or explained to me as they should’ve been which made me feel un welcome to the property that I PAID TO STAY ON. Hopefully the men staff can change their attitude and be more helpful when checking guests in

    The only good thing about this place is its location, but anything else doesn't add up, so it's essentially a waste of your money. DON'T BE TEMPTED BY THE PRICE TAG, THERE ARE BETTER HOSTELS IN THE ISLAND WITH SIMILAR PRICES, if you look towards Mid-Beach. 1. IT'S NOT SAFE: They don't specify the number of beds in the rooms because it's ONE open space with like 20-30 bunk beds... YOU WILL FEEL LIKE SLEEPING IN A REFUGEE CAMP, but with 0 privacy and lots of weird people; and since there are no cameras, you stay at your own risk (lots of property stealing). Their security staff doesn't remove the risk. You can't safely go to the shower without locking all your belongings in the medium-sized compartments, not big enough if you have a suitcase. Few people shared with me that someone stole something from them or someone else, including money, clothes and electronic accessories. 2. IT'S NOT COMFORTABLE: There is constant noise during the night. Not only heavy snoring, but also people opening and closing compartments, handling things inside plastic bags (yeah, that noise), endless walks, so if you have any sleeping difficulties like insomnia or if any small noise wakes you up, YOU WON'T REST COMFORTABLY, I guarantee you that. I had to book another accommodation after the first night, which ironically was deadly silent, more private, comfortable, and cheaper. Also, the constant danger of someone potentially stealing my phone, money, or (yes), SHOES while I'm sleeping made me take every noise seriously and want to check what they were doing near my bed. If you are allocated an upper bed, you might be unlucky to have almost no space between the bed and the ceiling, which is so uncomfortable! 3. SOCIAL ATMOSPHERE IS DEAD: It is supposed to be a hostel! But it gives dorm vibes... not many people are talkative, there are no organised hostel activities, quite a few people go to work, come to rest, and the next day the same (kills the purpose of hostels), there is virtually no incentive to stay within the premises unless you are not really on vacation. If you are travelling SOLO, you will have it way harder to meet interesting people there.

    If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience at Posh Hostel was filled with false advertising, safety concerns, and complete disregard from management. The hostel was nothing like what was advertised online, and after being forced to leave due to serious privacy and security issues, we have been ignored and dismissed regarding our refund request. The most shocking issue was the shower privacy misrepresentation. The listing showed black, frosted doors, but in reality, they were completely clear. This meant that anyone nearby could see inside, making it an extremely unsafe and uncomfortable situation. Worse, male guests openly watched women shower, and cleaning staff entered while another guest was inside. The lack of basic privacy and respect for guests was unacceptable. Additionally, the lockers were filthy and unusable, filled with debris and not secure for storing belongings. The pool area was also misleading, appearing clean and luxurious in photos but in reality, dirty and unmaintained, with stained pillows and trash everywhere. When we reported these issues, management assured us that a refund could be processed through Expedia. However, after leaving and following up, they denied the refund and ignored our emails, despite having photo and video proof of their misrepresentation. Posh Hostel is a scam, hiding behind deceptive marketing. This experience has been a nightmare, and this hostel should be removed from all booking platforms.

    The location of the hostel is great The first thing is they give you a lock with a key to keep your valuable in during your stay but what we noticed is that locks of the same colors can be opened by the same key. A friend of mine mistakenly opened his bed neighbor lock with his key and it worked. we then tried with mine and his key also opened my lock. So when it comes to safety it is not really good. During my stay someone got his phone and valuable stolen Secondly I ended up extending my stay a couple times because of how good the location was. Each time they asked for a safety deposit of 50 dollars ensuring me that I will get refunded of the previous deposit. When getting back home I realised that none of the deposits I made when extending my stays were returned to my account. I called them, they gave me the billing depatment phone number, which I called several times but was left on a queue for hours without being able to talk with anyone. I tried calling back posh south beach several times but this time they were not picking the phone and I was redirected straight to the voice mail each time I tried

    Terrible place to stay. I didn't get any sleep at all. With so many people sleeping in one room it is too much. Drawers make alot of noise people open them n close them 24/7 I wanted to save a little bit of money so I decided to stay here. Bad Idea. I won't stay here again. The key to enter the hostel never works .if you r watching TV you'll never watch anything cuz people r constantly trying to get in, so u have to open the door for them. I was told by the front desk guy not to open because anybody can break in . If you r watching TV n u don't open , people get upset , call you stupid . Worst place I have ever stayed. I have travel the 🌍 staying in hostels n this tops worst. I extended after three nights it was terrible idea. My first review of my first three days was about the costumer service I received which was ok, they try to be accommodating but that's about it. One more thing the bathrooms r super dirty, n No toilet paper.

    It's like in the photos but They really need to work on how to enforce their regulations with their staff, especially the "quiet time". I stayed there for 3 days and left: Day 1: a guy Wakes up at 6 Am and starts shouting at another guy for snoring and waking everyone else in the process. Day 2: people coming in at 1 am making a ton of noise and laughing in the kitchen area for so long waking the others sleeping. Day 3: which was the last straw. A guy on a video call talking outload at 1 am and then Two guys literally fighting at 2 am took them so long to kick one of them. I know this is a hostel and not to expect much I can deal with someone snoring no problem ( although they can put snoring guests all together 😂) but they need to make disrupting the sleep of guests a serious thing that gets you kicked out immediately. Maybe a good idea to have one of the staff in the kitchen area. No outlets near the beds So you need to leave your phone upstairs charging away from your eyes. I liked the bed to be honest quite wide for a single bed. The lockers unde the beds are a bad idea. They're hard to open and super noisy especially when there is the weight of someone sleeping on top of it. The pool is nice. Showers are okay ( nowhere to hang your clothes though). The location Is Amazing. I never got back my deposit. (They will pin it on your bank)

    *Florida residents beware* I made a reservation directly with the hostel's website and later found out they do not allow Florida residents to stay at this hostel. This was not stated anywhere in the booking process. I found this out later when I received an email to let me know that my reservation was approaching. I called their reservations team to cancel my booking and get a refund. They refused to refund my booking since I had a non-refundable reservation. The reservations team did not provide any compromise or alternative solution, and simply said they could not host me because I was a Florida resident and could not offer a refund because it's against their policies. Apart from being a bizarre policy, it was poor customer service to not clarify their "non-Florida resident" policy in the booking process.

    Upon arriving at the hostel we were told that the "single and ready to mingle two bedroom room with its own private kitchen was never available and they don't even own a room like that at all?"... Even though we called directly and they took my friends information, credit card, and deposit. Very confusing as a couple other local German friends thought they booked that room. Which was all false. Bathrooms were maybe cleaned once a day. Toilet paper was almost non-existent. Cockroaches were found. Older gentleman continued to piss the bed and the floor next to my bunk bed. No discount was ever given or even adjusted. The prices continued to change non-stop. We continued to having to book a $50 deposit and they would hold that on a credit cards as well as a deposit just to hold the room and then you had to pay the difference but the math never made sense. Location is beautiful, and close to everything. The kitchen could be a bit better with a stove. There's only a microwave and a toaster. Staff were always pretty friendly. Found extra charges on my credit card without my approval. Will be calling visa to dispute this. Regards, JK
