Staff is indifferent to anything and often absent. There are next to no guests. Wifi doesn’t work in common areas, and there are no ladders to get to the top bunks. Response on the intercom can be tepid, I once had to wait 40 minutes before giving up. These people should not run a hostel.

Wollte die Buchung stornieren, trotz Recht dazu funktionierte das nicht. Auf der Homepage des Hostels steht, es sei tagsüber eine sichere Gegend, vor Ort wurde mir dann gesagt, das sei nicht der Fall, man müsse immer ein Taxi nehmen. Kalte Duschen oder gar kein Wasser, Sanitäranlage nicht geschlechtergetrennt und alles offen, insgesamt alles in schmuddeligem Zustand, Kabinenzimmer = 2x2 m grosse Gartenhäuschen, in denen nichts vernünftig untergebracht werden kann, Pool unsauber...

The staff of Goodness and Moshi were terrific and helpful. The facilities are great, however it was cold and the heater in the room did not warm up. In the common area, the owner Leasel would not turn on the heater unless the room was full. I was freezing in the room and eating breakfast in the dining area. I realize they don’t have control over power outages from load sharing by the utilities company, but it would have been nice if they would have let us know that there would be no water...

The hostel is nice close to the airport. If you want to leave, you have to pay Uber. If you want to eat in the hostel, you have to pay Uber eats, the lady that runs the place is nice and will give you directions to get around. You cannot step onto the street. If Uber is picking you up, get out of the door after verifying the car.

It’s ok for what it was. It was safe and clean so that’s as most important to us. Not really a hostel atmosphere but we weren’t too concerned about that. Cold showers. The area outside the hostel didn’t feel safe but if you have organized shuttle services with your trip it will be fine. Avoid hillsbrow area

An sich ein tolles Hostel, aber leider hat ihm Corona ganz schön zugesetzt. Wir sind nachts fast erfroren und auch im Essbereich ging die Heizung nicht. Warmes Wasser hatten wir im Zimmer leider auch nicht und es gibt auch keinen Fahrer mehr, der einen vom Flughafen abholt (unabhängig davon ob man was zahlen will). Wir waren 2x da und 2x die einzigen Gäste. Der Portier wurde auch entlassen und so standen wir am ersten Tag der Ankunft ca. 30 min vor dem Tor, bis wir das Personal irgendwann tel...

Super friendly host, made us feel welcome and at home. Met some nice travellers in the hostel. We could park our car safely behind the gate with camera’s pointing to it. Overall a good experience, would recommend.

The hostel was beautiful with lots of plants, flowers, art, and paintings around. We had fun at the bar playing pool and enjoying the city view from the swimming pool area. The staff is lovely, smiley and welcoming. The food was great. Location-wise it wasn’t ideal as it’s 10min away from an extremely sketchy area, but the hostel itself is gated and very safe so it makes up for it. We would definitely come back :)

Staff were friendly and by Uber it was easy and quick to get to the city center and other places of interest.

Lovely place and even more lovely staff, the owner was incredibly hospitable we chatted with her for hours, they took care of us, fed us, very clean accommodations and common areas, located in a safe part of the city, highly recommended you’ll love it here, if I ever come back this is the place I’m coming back to!

We spent one night there and the staff was very welcoming, the tenant gave us many advices for the rest of our trip. The place is clean, the cooking is good, very nice night !
