‼️ Bed bug (Chinches) en las camas🐞🪲 04.12.2024 Reservamos 3 noches una habitación. La primer noche, encontramos chinches en la cama. Por suerte nos ofrecieron otra habitación disponible, que no era suficiente para la cantidad de personas que éramos, donde nos dejaron pasar la noche. Al dia siguiente, dejamos el hostel. El encargado nos permitió la devolución total de la estadia, aun aguardando la acreditación! 😣

We arrived to a room full of mosquitoes and a bed bug on the bed. There was no chance we could stay here. When we alerted the staff to this issue, they were unhelpful and frankly rude. They only offered us a partial refund, despite us having to pay to stay elsewhere, and then ignored our persistent requests for a full refund. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Bed bugs!

There were bedbugs all over my pillow and I confronted the staff they didn't seem to care much about them. The location was good but the facilities were not.
