Lo único bueno es la ubicación, luego no aclaran que las habitaciones más baratas son en un galpón, todo cerrado,oscuro.
The only good thing is the location, then they don't clarify that the cheapest rooms are in a shed, all locked, dark.
One of the worst hostels i've ever stayed at. too much noise and there was no respect inside the rooms, plus they had no towels for showers, if u want one they charge you 3 hours each time, i don't recommend anyone going to this hostel.
safety problems
They completely messed up our booking giving us bunk beds instead of the room with the double bed that we booked. No place to sit other than the beds and we couldn’t even sit upright. Getting up to the bed was extremely difficult as I have mobility issues. The woman that checked us in very clearly screwed our booking. The other guy who we talked to tried to help us but there is only one double room in the whole hostel. They messed up almost everyone’s booking while we were there.
A escada da cama de cima era tão estreita que era impossível subir com segurança. Além disso, não havia água quente e não avisaram os hóspedes. Não recomendo.
The stairs to the top bed were so narrow that it was impossible to climb up safely, besides, there was no hot water and no guest was notified.
The showers did not work for two days and nobody even had the courtesy to tell the guests. So you would just walk into a cold shower and have no clue what was going on. The employees did not apologize for the inconvenience and just react annoyed when asked when the showers will have hot water again. Another guest slept on the couch because the hostel was overbooked by their fault and was charged in full. Cannot recommend.

We stayed in the 8 bed female dorm. The room was so damp everything felt wet and cold. Even my wet socks couldn’t dry for 3 days because of how damp it was. There was no radiator to heat up the room. As a woman I didn’t feel safe because of how many men were occupying the shared spaces and the toilet was only shared. One night the smoking alarm went of all night because someone had tampered with the smoking alarm, so we had to reactivate our roomcards all the time - will not stay here again!...
Me vendieron una cama rota, cuando llegue a acostarme la primer noche cansadisimo de tanto viaje, me siento en la cama y esta se parte al medio. Se despertaron todos los de la habitacion, cuando fui a quejarme a recepcion me hicieron iniciar una queja burocratica que nunca me reintegraron. Ya sabian que esa cama estaba rota y la continuaron vendiendo igual, en los dias continuados hable con otro huesped que le vendieron la misma cama y le paso lo mismo. Sigo esperando el reintegro…
I was sold a broken bed, when I go to bed the first night of the fatigue of so much travel, I sit in the bed and it starts in the middle. Everyone in the room woke up, when I went to complain at the reception they made me start a bureaucratic complaint and they never reinstated me. They already knew that that bed was broken and they kept selling it the same, in the days that went on I talked to another guest who sold him the same bed and I passed him the same. I keep waiting for the reinstatemen...

Can’t drink your own alcohol anywhere in building. Cockroach in the bed when we checked in, got them to change our room. Kitchen closed 8-11pm so definitely can’t get a late night snack. Seemed a little too big to be super social but staff were nice, and was fairly clean other then our first room.
Not my best experience, the room i was in was right on the road, you could here anyone pass by and talk. The top bed if the bunk was impossible to reach without a proper staircase, which was one for 5 bunks. The lockers (that didn't lock also, u need ur own lock) where uncomfortable placed both the way they opened but also the placement was in the bottom's bed face
Atención poco amigable del personal, los baños no limpios, las duchas siempre el piso mojado fuera de la ducha. En la habitación había una persona que molestó en toda la estadía, además que la almohada era mejor poner mi chaqueta para apoyar la cabeza mejor. Lo bueno, excelente ubicación. No disfruté la estadía en lo más mínimo. Te cobran 3€ para dejar tus cosas antes del check in.
Unfriendly attention from the staff, the bathrooms not clean, the showers always the wet floor outside the shower. in the room there was a person who bothered me throughout the stay, plus the pillow was better put my jacket to support my head better. good job, excellent location. did not enjoy the stay at all. they charge you 3€ to leave your things before check in.
Buona la posizione se si ha intenzione di andare per baretti a barrio alto, stanze non male ma non ci sono degli armadietti con lucchetto, reception aperta h24.
Good location if you intend to go for baretti in barrio alto, rooms not male but there are some of the closets with lucchetto, reception open 24 hours.

En relación precio calidad me parece muy aceptable. Las habitaciones son chicas y les falta ventilación, los baños son super incomodos y dejerian mejorar los enchufes ese punto es el mas facil de soluciónar y lo mas incomodo ya que no es práctica la ubicación. Pero en lines generales el hostel ofrece buen servicio y buena ubicación a un precio razonable.
The rooms are tiny and lack ventilation, the bathrooms are super uncomfortable and I would like to improve the plugs that point is the easiest to solve and the most uncomfortable since the location is not practical. but in general the hostel offers good service and good location at a reasonable price.
There was a mistake with the booking. I wasn't happy that I wasn't offered a cancellation, even though I was prepared to book a longer stay later. I would have simply paid the remaining balance. The fact that the bed was then considerably more expensive per night was another reason to stay away altogether.

It’s not bad but definitely not top pick. Some things they could improve on is in the mixed rooms add privacy curtains, fix the shower heads so it stays, fix the stove in the kitchen, add mirrors in the bathrooms and not those small weird panels. Good location and place to sleep nothing major but not top of the line facility.
The facilities, vibe, and location of the hostel are good. If you want to meet other travelors, this is the place. They are pretty strict with their rules, I tried to get my laundry after 10pm and it wasn't an option.
A minha estadia foi maravilhosa, porém, preciso deixar um adendo...na madrugada, alguns hospedes fizeram muito barulho. Chegaram a permanecer no corredor, conversando e fumando por mais ou menos 1 hora. Apenas esta é a minha reclamação.
My stay was wonderful, but I have to leave an adendo...in the early hours of the morning, some guests made a lot of noise. i ended up staying in the hallway, talking and smoking for about 1 hour. this is just my complaint.
Muy bueno el lugar, la gente amable! Lo único que cambiaría es que agregaría un baño más para la pieza más grande o tal vez una puerta ya que para la persona que duerme al lado de la ducha o del baño se despierta cada vez que van ya que llega toda la luz y el ruido
The only thing I would change is that I would add one more bathroom for the larger room or maybe a door since for the person who sleeps next to the shower or bathroom wakes up every time they go as all the light and noise arrives
Struttura molto bella, camere e bagni tenuti bene e soprattutto spaziosi. L’unica pecca è stata la presenza di rumore tutta notte…sembrava si stesse svolgendo una partita a calcio nel piano di sotto. Per il resto mi sono trovata davvero bene, consiglio
very nice structure, rooms and bathrooms kept well and above all spacious. the only drawback was the presence of noise all night long... it looked like they were playing a football game downstairs. for the rest i felt really good, i recommend
the best location you can get and really chill vibe! you get everything you need and then staff is very helpful. Especially Mich + his fellow coworker, whenever they had the shift, the vibe was just AWESOME!! Thank you two

This is a great option
The general experience was good but their policy about trying to get more money from their customers for any small thing is kinda annoying. Making 3-5 euros isn't going to make you rich quite opposite it will look you irritating. Good showers tho.

The hostel is one of best in quality price ratio. All the time is really clean, the rooms are very comfy, the bathrooms are pristine. Excellent breakfast. The common areas are relaxing and beautiful. Safe place to stay.
